Top Hotel
Sehr schönes Hotel mit grandioser Wasserwelt. Das Zimmer war gut,das Mobiliar war schon etwas abgelebt,aber das störte uns nicht. Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns der Strandbereich.Die Liegen sind dort sehr eng aneinander gestellt. Das Essensangebot im Hauptrestaurant war sehr vielfältig und extrem ansprechend hergerichtet. Die "Freßmeile" beim Poolbereich war vorallem für die Kids zum Snacken zwischendurch ein absoluter Traum. Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Shows am Abend waren top,sehr professionell. Alles in Allem ein super Hotel,wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist.

Prima AI-Hotel für Familien. Riesiger Pool, mehrere Kinderpools, Hallenbad, Adults-online Bereich. Viele Außenveranstaltungen, etwas abseits vom Haupthaus, daher dort ruhig. Restaurants mit Speisen und Service gut. Zimmer sauber. Lobby schön ruhig, mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheit, aber leider mit etwas unterdurchschnittlichem Service, Getränke muss man regelmäßig selbst an der Bar holen, wenn man nicht ewig warten will. Übliches Entertainment Tagesprogramm.

Supergute Erholung auch zu Corona-Zeiten
Das Hotel ist baulich in einem guten Zustand mit einer breiten Zimmerauswahl und hat ein schlüssiges Hygiene Konzept, dass auch gut umgesetzt wird. Service sehr gut, Essensauswahl- und Qualität gut. Nette und lõsungsorientierte Guest Relation. Strandbesuch ist mit einem halbstündig fahrenden Shuttle problemlos. Sehr gute WLAN Verfügbarkeit und Bandbreite, selbst am hoteleigenen Strand. Der Hauptpool ist riesig. Hier vergisst man direkt die Pandemie. Wir kommen wieder !

Es wurde von Expedia ein falsches Zimmer im Kinderbereich zugewiesen. Um ins eigentliche Hotel zu kommen, musste ich vor Ort kräftig draufzahlen. Die Klimaanlage war ausgestellt. Es war nachts viel zu warm. Man darf auf den Balkons rauchen. Wenn man lüftet, zieht der Rauch ins Zimmer. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig.

The Food was same everyday and very simple for a HOTEL in that price , The bed was uncomfortable and small 1.40m for big bed it's poor. I was in other hotel in Antalya and for lower price i got much more, so From my experience I cannot and will not recommend this hotel unfortunately.

Beautiful property. Great food. What gets annoying is that you still have to pay for so many small things and are being sold something at every corner. I expect to pay for Luxary add ons but felt annoyed when things that you expect to be included are constantly pushed down your throat at additional costs. Coming to an all inclusive resort, it would be nice to be able to relax without needing your wallet but this was not the environment here…rather felt like the opposite. U want to sit on the lazy river…make sure to buy floaties for your kids. You want to enjoy the free live entertainment, be sure to bring cash so u can play bingo between shows otherwise u will sit bored for 30 mins. Arcades/amusement parks r all additional. Guests are constantly pushy n come with a me first attitude and unless you are willing to play that game, you constantly will be waiting at the back of lines. Been to many resorts but never have I seen such entitlement at resorts…not just once or twice but at every meal n every experience. Chairs on the resort r impossible to get because everyone is of the mindset that they will take 4 chairs by the pool for their towels to soak in the sun under. I get it’s nice to be by the pool but it starts to feel ridiculous that for every 10 seats, 2 will be in use but the other 8 will be reserved by a towel for someone who may or may not use it later. Food at the buffet and food street was great. Staff r hit n miss. Some r great…n some can be very rude!

It was amazing holiday in this hotel, the food was great, the water parks and the pools were super clean, the night shows were super amazing, you will never get bored and my children enjoyed there time to the maximum. Otherwise, for a five star hotel the cleanliness must be improved specially the rooms and the pool bars, the room was full of dust and not totally clean and each time I order juice from the pool bar the glasses were dirty , at the main restuarant the plates, the forks and the nives werent clean most of the time. The good: Pools are excellent and fun. Dining is also excellent. So many options for food, both traditional Turkish meals and international options. We stayed in Maldives houses which are very cool with direct access to a semi private pool that’s separate from the main pool. The bad: If you’re traveling without kids, there’s less things to do. There’s a “night club” but it’s full of kids, even in late hours. It’s kind of weird honestly. Also, there are lots of cats on the property. This is cute and all but they’re constantly being abused by kids whose parents simply don’t care. We found a cat who was actively bleeding from his eye and we brought this to the attention of guest relations, they laughed and brushed us off, even after complaining about it multiple times. That wasn’t cool. If you’re going to pretend to care about the cats (they put food and water for them) then you need to care about their well being as well. For this reason alone, I’m rating staff as terrible. Guest relations should not be making fun of people who are concerned about the well being of animals on the property.

Just got back from a family vacation with two very young children. It was the first time we go on vacation and don't actually have to leave the hotel. First of all,, the staff was super helpful anf accommodating even before we arrived. The rooms are spacious and clean. Even the housekeeping staff is ready to help with whatever they can. The pools are great and there really is something to do for everyone during yhr day. The food was great as well and the food areas are very clean despite the massive amount of people around. The only negative comment I have is about the kids club. Firstly, we only felt the need to go to the kids club in the evenings because the general entertainment shows are mostly boring and other than that there's nothing else to do as a family after dinner. We thought the kids club would be a solution because the program seemed good enough but it's really terrible. The girls that work there have no business working with kids. They have terrible attitudes and they're all dressed like they're waiting to go to a night club. Other than that, the hotel is great and we'll definitely be going back

1: The AC in the room didn't work when we arrived at the room it took them 5 hours and around 1:00 am to ask us to change the room. We asked them to change our room since we were exhausted and they refused until I complained about the shower faucet which want working and just had cold water. the new rook was dirty, I took photos of moldy spots in the bathroom. 2: I had a slice of cake and there was a cherry seed inside the cake that broke my front teeth the guest relationship agent was near us and showed her my broken teeth and the seed on the plate. She called her manager and reported an incident since she witnessed that happened. After following up with them, they told me that the manager is still working on the report and the agents refused to give me a copy of the incident report. so I left the hotel already with an unpleasant experience and broken teeth and got back home It was absolutely disaster and an unorganized hotel. We thought we would have a great time after 37 hours of flight and were looking forward to a week's vacation with my first time-traveled two kids
