From the moment you open the front door, it hits you, a wall of shimmering turquoise and endless horizon stretching out before you, stealing your breath and stopping you in your tracks. This isn’t just a view—it’s a masterpiece of Grand Cayman’s iconic Seven Mile Beach, unfolding in an unobstructed sweep all the way to the northern tip of West Bay.
The Space:
This top-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo spans the entire second level of a two-story building and is designed to maximize what makes it unforgettable: that mesmerizing, front-row panorama of the Caribbean Sea. With 1,712 square feet of airy, light-filled living space, Tamarind Bay #16 delivers a full-on ocean experience from nearly every room. Whether you’re lounging in the living room, prepping dinner in the kitchen, or waking up in the master suite, the views are never just “there”—they demand your attention.
Step through any of the oversized sliding glass doors—from the living room, den, or master—and you’re on the screened-in lanai. This is your private perch above the sea, where mornings begin with coffee and sea breezes and evenings wind down with sunset cocktails and the gentle crash of waves. With unobstructed sightlines up the entire stretch of Seven Mile Beach, it’s the kind of vantage point that makes you linger a little longer... then a little more.
Inside, the open-concept layout is bright, welcoming, and perfectly suited for groups or families. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for effortless meals at home, including modern appliances, a full-size fridge with an ice dispenser, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and plenty of cookware and dishes. Gather at the dining table or around the kitchen counter for casual meals, or head outside for a dinner with a side of sea views.
The sleeping arrangements are made for comfort and flexibility. The ocean-facing primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a 2nd bathroom in the hallway with a soaking tub—ideal for a quiet moment of luxury. The second bedroom includes a king bed and a twin sofa sleeper, perfect for a couple or a small family. The third sleeping area, a cozy den with a queen sleeper sofa, opens directly to the lanai and offers yet another stunning view of the water.
Both bathrooms are updated and thoughtfully stocked with fresh linens, bath and beach towels, a hair dryer and iron. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, HDTVs, keyless entry, and reserved parking.
When it’s time to head outside, the community’s beachfront pool awaits—complete with loungers, umbrellas, shaded cabanas, and BBQ grills for evening cookouts. There’s a tennis court for a little friendly competition, and snorkeling right off the seawall. If you decide to venture further north to other beachfront areas of Seven Mile Beach we make it easy by including lightweight beach chairs and towels for your adventures.
And don’t worry about driving unless you want to—restaurants, shops, and water sports (including those offered by the nearby Marriott) are all within easy walking distance. Public transportation is convenient, taxis are readily available, and if you’re up for exploring, Andy’s Car Rental is located right across the street.
Whether you’re here to dive, snorkel, sunbathe, or simply soak in those views, Tamarind Bay #16 is your front-row seat to everything Grand Cayman has to offer. From unforgettable sunsets to the stunning sweep of Seven Mile Beach, this is more than a vacation rental—it’s a window to paradise.
Guest Access:
The Guest have access to the entire condo as well as the pool, tennis court, and BBQ areas.
The Neighborhood:
Apart from being constantly sought after for its world class beaches and crystal clear water, Seven Mile Beach also offers many diverse dining, shopping and amenities that might not be expected on an island.
Many things are within walking distance and public transportation is very good in the area so it is not also necessary to have a vehicle if you just intend to stay in the area and enjoy the many offerings.
Getting Around:
Although recommended for convenience a rental car isn't absolutely necessary as you can walk to most restaurants, etc. which are 1-10 mins away on foot. Taxis are also easily available.
Alternatively, there is public transportation on our road, West Bay Road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip.
If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will have door to door transportation.
Other Things to Note:
Tamarind Bay consists of 28 units, which are a mixture of short and long term rentals as well as owner occupied units.
Unit # 16 is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator available so you will be required to use the stairs.
There is 1 parking space reserved for the unit for your use.
The tennis court is available for free during the day however there is a small fee of US$12.00 for using the court during the night.
Please note that as of December 1st, 2025, there is a small stretch of beach in front of the seawall. We do not advertise this property as beachfront in order to avoid any misunderstandings or mismatched guest expectations.
Interaction with Guests:
The onsite Manager Kathy will assist you at check in on the day of your arrival and if you have any issues during your stay. In order to ensure that Kathy is available at the site office when you arrive, we will require details of your flight and arrival time. Kathy can also assist you with any guidance and recommendations you need and our Team at Property Management Cayman are also available if our guests require additional assistance.
