  • Located on the most coveted section of world famous Seven Mile Beach, Townhouse 28 is a multi-story 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a single-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds and an adjacent bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment.The fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials you need to cook with ease. The living area feature ample comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV. You'll feel right at home with the added convenience of free Wi-Fi, central A/C, beach towels, and a parking spot.The private covered balcony seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living, offering a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, or your favourite beverage while taking in stunning Caribbean sunsets. Wonderful location with a warm pool and in close proximity to everything you could need. Harbour Heights is an absolute gem! Beautiful grounds, perfect beach and friendly staff on site.

Perfect Family Stay

The property is perfect! So well maintained. I appreciated the ‘security’ by the pool when the cruise ships came in…that way people using the public beach didn’t invade our space. So peaceful & quiet. We would love to stay there again!

This property met all of our expectations. We were able to snorkel behind the condo right off our beach. There were so many restaurants and things to do around our area that we never really had to drive more than 30 minutes to get everywhere we wanted. We will be back. The beach was pristine. Pool was beautiful

We wanted a beach vacation and we got more than we dreamed of. Gerri and the staff were helpful and available for anything we needed which wasn’t much bc the place was perfect. Clean, easy access to the beautiful beach. Would give more stars if I could

Beautiful!

This property was perfect for us. It was very clean and in a quieter part of Seven Mile Beach. The pool, beach and ocean were amazing. The manager made arrangements to meet me and gave me all the information I needed. We could walk to a few restaurants and the grocery store was a close drive. Perfect trip. Would definitely stay here again!

You've found paradise!

This place is perfect! The management at the property is fabulous, the condo itself was clean, bright and well stocked. The beach really is the best on the island with clear blue, calm water. It is located next to a public beach, but the condo has security to keep people off the beach at the condo, so the vibe was very serene and private. I would go back in a heartbeat.

2015 Summer Vacation

Amazing property right on beautiful seven mile beach. All the comfort of home is provided. Very quiet and peaceful. Public beach next to the property and went on a snorkeling tour and rented wave runners. Market and restaurants are about 2 mIles from the property. Ideal for families with children.

This property was fabulous! It was clean and well-appointed. Everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation was at this condo. The beach was gorgeous, private, and had plenty of space and beach umbrellas. The host, Gerri, was readily available every time I had a question or needed guidance. The staff at Harbour Heights was polite and helpful. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a wonderful island vacation!

Perfect Peaceful Paradise

We had a great stay in this Unit. The Unit had many appreciated perks including pool noodles, snorkeling gear, a beautiful patio overlooking the Sea, a pool, and a plethora of lounge chairs to relax on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the extra quilts were so cozy! The public bus is easy to get on and off right near the resort! We loved the close proximity to the beach while still being able to walk to a few restaurants and a grocery store. We loved everything about this unit!

What a treasure of a property

I cannot say enough good about this property. Clean, spacious, cute, and in a perfect location. Also, the staff on site is so nice and helpful. The laundry facilities were convenient. When we needed extra towels, the housekeeping team insisted we go enjoy the beach and they will bring them up. When we asked if the property had a ball, the security guard came and brought right away.

Amazing

We had an amazing time in Cayman. The property was perfect for my family. I prefer renting than a going to a hotel. We had so much more beach space unlike some hotels where chairs are so close to each other. We got to exchange our beach towels daily (not sundays) which was really nice! Some restaurants and water activity were close to the condo which was nice for our four young adults. Our kids rented jet skis….bring IDs with you…10-15 minute walk down the beach. Definitely would come back!!!

A slice of paradise

Harbour Heights is a hidden gem. The condo complex sits on a wide stretch of a quiet, beautiful beach with sparkling turquoise water. Beach chairs and umbrellas always were available, even during the height of spring break. The complex has a good size, heated pool, which my 3 boys (10, 8, and 5) enjoyed everyday. Tons of pool toys to use, so no need to bring your own! We felt very safe on the property and there was a security guard always present. Gerri’s condominium is spacious, with two levels and the bedrooms on the second floor. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Gorgeous ocean views from the balcony, from which we enjoyed many meals.

Pure Paradise

Harbour Heights #28 was the perfect place for our long girls weekend. The condo is itself is bright, happy and clean with 2 1/2 new updated bathrooms. The second floor location and balcony provide for breathtaking views of the grounds, gardens, pool area, beach and ocean as well as a wonderful meeting spot for morning coffee and/or late night wine and good conversation. The condo is located just steps from the white sand and clear blue water. Beach chairs in the sun or under the cabana were plentiful. Our group enjoyed daily walks up and down seven mile beach. The condo is within walking distance to several major hotels, The Kimpton, Westin and Ritz Carlton and several restaurants. The highlight of our trip were daily cocktails during sundown where the sun and sky put on an amazing show with some of the best sunsets I have ever seen. I loved Harbour Heights #28 so much that I have already booked my return stay. The owner Gerri is wonderful to rent from and puts so much love and care into her condominium making it a great place to stay.

Paradise on 7 Mile Beach

After many days of researching properties to rent for my family vacation, I finally settled on Harbour Heights and I can honestly say it was the perfect place. Our unit was bright, comfortable, equipped with every amenity we needed. As a family of four we had plenty of space, the view from the terrace of our second story condo was spectacular. So close to the stunning beach and water. The condo community provided exactly what we were looking for, a charming spot with a private beach that was quiet and not crowded. Harbour Heights has beautiful green space for kids to play and a pool house with a library and ping pong table with stunning view of the ocean. Amazing sunsets and great fellow travelers in the neighboring units. Perfect location on 7 mile beach as it was close to bars, restaurants, and other activities when we chose to venture out. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the staff and management is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our Cayman vacation was our best trip ever and we are already planning our return. No need to research, we will be coming back to Harbour Heights and staying in unit 28!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! The condo is on an amazing stretch of beach. The water is warm, clear, and calm. Our teens loved going back and forth between the ocean and the pool. We never had trouble finding a spot to sit. There are no umbrellas on the beach, but plenty of lounge chairs in shady spots if you want to be out of the sun. We took some walks along the beach and saw rows of beach chairs at some resorts being saved bright and early. We were happy to walk back to what felt like a private beach. There is a public beach next door that was crowded and a little loud on cruise ship days, but the condo beach seating is private so it wasn't an issue. Inside the condo was very comfortable. A/C kept it nice and cool, beds were comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which was nice. The living room furniture has been updated since the photos. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. We rented a car and enjoying exploring other parts of the island. We didn't do as much as we had originally planned because the beach right outside our door was just amazing.
