I would NOT recommend this property AT ALL based on our recent stay for a bachelorette weekend. The host failed to provide check-in instructions before our arrival and was completely unresponsive our first night, leaving us without access to the cabin. We only received the information the following day, which significantly disrupted our plans.When we finally got inside, the cabin was not properly cleaned. Floors were not swept, the blankets were dusty, and the outdoor area was poorly maintained. Additionally, several amenities advertised — such as dish soap and bath soap — were not provided, which felt misleading. The neighborhood itself was also not very accessible, with winding roads that made getting in and out difficult.Overall, the poor communication, lack of cleanliness, and failure to provide listed amenities made this a frustrating and disappointing stay.

Tennessee Fall Trip

The cabin was very nice and well stocked. The property manager, Erin was very responsive to our needs. The fireplace’s pilot needed to be relit, which was addressed immediately by the manager. One amazing amenity of the property are the windows that offer multiple views from various places in the cabin. The downfall however was that the windows really would benefit cleaning to allow a clearer view. Overall, my family really loved the cabin and enjoyed are downtime together.

Family fun for everyone

We had a wonderful time staying here. The listing was spot on and exactly what we needed. We had kiddos that absolutely loved the games available. TVs available in each room and bathrooms on every level were wonderful. We loved the openess of the floor plan as well as the natural lighting from all of the windows. Great communication before and during arrival as well. Thanks for a wonderful place for us to make wonderful memories.

Perfect size for my family vacation

The cabin itself was perfect for my family. Each individual family had a bedroom and bathroom. With 3 adults and 4 children, It was very spacious with a great layout. Kitchenware was supplied to accommodate us for cooking a few meals. The place was pretty clean. A few areas like the outside decks could use a little extra TLC but overall, I was satisfied. The location was great for accessing Dollywood, The Titanic Museum, and other tourist areas. I would recommend this cabin and would likely book again if traveling to this area.

Nice Getaway!

We enjoyed the cabin. We were happy to not be in the area during peak season because this cabin is located in the outer edge of all the activity but we were comfortable and it was a good place to call base for the weekend.

Beautiful cabin

We took our kids and grandkids on this trip. We had plenty of room but also enough space to hang out together. Cabin was very well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfortable and everything needed was provided. We will stay here again!

Best cabin in the Smokey’s!

We had a wonderful week. The cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch, the view was great and there were plenty of trees providing privacy from cabins nearby. Beds were comfy! Beautiful cabin!

Wonderful Cabin

I would stay here again, 100%! Secluded, but not too far from town. The cabin's comfort level was unreal, especially the beds! One of the most cozy and comfortable places I have ever stayed.!!!

Great location, great property owner

For the most part, everything was great! We have bad allergies, so older carpet is tough to handle for multiple days. The owner is fantastic. The workers and cleaners are awesome as well!! I would definitely stay here again despite the carpet because it’s well kept and the owners are so kind!!! The location is absolutely amazing!!! Just book it!

Wonderful stay at Hideaway Ridge!

We had a great time at this property! We had plenty of space for the 8 of us and the kids had a wonderful time making memories with the grandparents! Great beds, spacious house and best of all—ceiling fans!!! You never seem to get those in a vaca house! Super close to all of the attractions without all the fuss of town. We also had tons of fireflies in the yard each night for the kids to chase! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and checked on us almost everyday to see if we needed anything and also gave us some info on thing to do in the area. We will definitely stay here on our next vacation!

Spring Break

This was our first time visiting the Smokey Mountains and we loved it. This cabin was the perfect rental especially since it fit 3 adults and 3 children with ease. Everything was clean and in working order. It was a short drive to all the attractions that we did throughout our stay. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Family Fun.

Beautiful Cabin

Thanksgiving break get away was such an amazing time in this beautiful cabin. This was the first time my family has visited the area. The cabin is in a nice neighborhood that overlooks the town. It is a short drive to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. My boys loved playing pool and enjoying the hot tub each evening. We had 6 adults and 3 kids in our party and the cabin had plenty of room. Each floor has a bedroom and bathroom with privacy for each couple. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone wanting to visit the area.

Beautiful cabin!!

The cabin was very spacious and very clean. Everything worked as it should and kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware. The host was very informative and helpful. Check-in and out was a complete breeze. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin!!
