The cabin was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The game room was a fan favorite with all the game options for continuous entertainment. The host’s communication was exceptional. Just be aware, the drive for the amazing view requires some hairpin turns that can seem a little daunting at night and the downstairs game room/bedrooms run cold. Even with heaters running the game room and two bedrooms downstairs stay chilly. Overall, the stay was great!

This property is an absolute 5 stars for a stunning view , beautiful home, cleanliness and overall experience!Some items to note. It sleeps 12 but towels were limited and there were no extra towels for the hottub which would have been very helpful.The kitchen had 3 wine glasses and for our group of 8 adult women was inadequate. Some small drinking glasses vs. large/tall would be a nice touch.The biggest feedback Ill give was what in regards to communication. I was unable to get answers from Harry re: specific info of stores and hikes close to the rental location and he was not really aware of how the kitchen was stocked re: spices and casserole dishes. He did have casserole dishes ordered and awaiting our arrival which was fabulous as we had planned to do all of our cooking in the home. That was much appreciated!His responses to specific questions re: stores and hikes were copy and paste of what i could have and did find from a typical google search. We questioned whether the communication on the app was powered by AI which felt somewhat impersonal.I could never find in my emails a digital file that was sent with info about the home and it was definitely not on my VRBO app. So upon arrival , there was no email password in the home and required another message to Harry to find. A simple sign in the home is highly suggested!Other suggestions would be more than 2 dish towels in the kitchen and a nice substantially sized cutting board for real food preparation.

This cabin was amazing. The view from the decks was spectacular . We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The cabin’s cleanliness, views and decor was top notch. We definitely want to return next year. Harry was so thorough in his instructions for a relaxing vacation. He was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can’t go wrong in choosing this perfect cabin

Fantastic house with a great location and lots of amenities! Fun games for the family and 2 primary suites with attached bathrooms for the adults. We enjoyed sitting on the decks since the view is amazing. There’s extra blankets for the chilly nights, we used those when we sat outside at night. The hot tub was very clean and we used it each night. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved the oversized dining table that fit our large family of 9 easily. We also enjoyed the fire pit. There’s several houses in the area but it is a nice, quiet area. The switchback road leading to the property is interesting and we did fine, even with a large van with a small trailer. Just need to take it slow. Harry was very helpful the entire time and always available for questions. He’s a great host! I highly recommend this house! Also, it was nice and clean.

Mountain Getaway

The house was amazing!! So clean and inviting. Had everything we needed to get started, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries etc. most importantly Harry, the owner was so helpful with any questions I had. We even got locked out (our fault) and replied immediately to my message. He was able to get us right back in to the house. Highly recommend WTH!!

Worth the climb!

We had such a restful and amazing time at this cabin. The owners had everything we needed, and we actually cancelled most of plans for things in town because we were enjoying the use of the cabin so much. There was a plumbing problem during our stay, and the owner was super responsive!

Family traditions, new spot

We come to the Sevierville area every year to gather with our extended family, which includes 3 generations and 4 kids under 10! It is always a time of laughter and good food, cooking together and playing games. We like beautiful views and peaceful places, away from the beaten path. We chose WTH cabin because of the views and tranquility, and we were not sorry!Sadly for our host, the extreme cold last week apparently caused a pipe to rupture!! One of the downstairs bedrooms was very damaged. The host was incredibly responsive and sent a plumber/handyman immediately on a Friday evening. They were able to isolate the leak and get the water to the rest of the house working within a couple of hours, and we still were able to enjoy our weekend together.Thanks for a great time!

Excellent cabin with a spectacular view!

This spacious cabin with a spectacular view is worth the nightly rate. We booked it for an annual cabin trip with friends and not only were there plenty of beds in the cabin, there was a ton of space in the living areas for us to spread out. Harry ( the property manager) was communicative and responsive and answered my questions promptly. The one trouble we had was managing the cabin's temperature. It took us our whole first day to figure out which of the thermostats controlled which parts of the house, and even after we did the downstairs was still chilly, main floor warm, and upstairs very hot. Luckily, there are space heaters in the closet of every room. Will be renting this cabin again in the future!

Best Mountain Views

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous! So much detail went into the decorating and you can absolutely tell the owners put a lot of thought into every aspect. The kids in our group thoroughly enjoyed the game room and we made beautiful holiday memories here. The views are breathtaking from every level of the cabin and my 8 year old son said “mom, look, we are living in a perfect painting”. Well done, Harry! Thank you for having us.

Amazing Get Away!!!!

We loved this well-stocked Cabin in the Smokies! The view was phenomenal. We loved gathering around the fire-pit! Everything we needed was there! Seeing bears was a highlight. The host was very attentive before and during our stay! The drive up was a bit scary. Going down was easier! More dish towels and a better can opener would be helpful in the kitchen. Thanks for the easy checkin process! Our family of 7 siblings had an amazing time!

Absolutely Stunning!!!

OMG! This mountain retreat is absolutely wonderful...and tranquil...and in fact, heavenly. This house is amazing! We had 12 women - TWELVE, staying here and it was able to comfortably accommodate us all. We were able to be together or alone. We stayed for 5 incredible days. My sister and I were fortunately able to stay in the upstairs master bedroom with the amazing view from our top balcony and the tub looking out into the Smokey Mountains. In the mornings and night time we were all able to fit out onto the main level's balcony for chats and a drink. But, beware of the bears. We had a little visitor the 2nd night we were there. He came moseying around the corner and we all took off into the house. He sniffed our Cheetos then left just as fast as he came. We also had one come up from the yard when we were around the firepit. We were "pros" by then and just walked away slowly. We were able to get some great videos of one of them during the day time; and we had a couple visit the yard one morning as they played together. The only thing you really need to consider when renting this house is that it's at the TOP of a mountain. If you're with anyone who is a little nervous, anxious, or downright scared of heights, you might want to stay a little closer to the ground. I was the sole driver with a few older women and the first day driving up the mountain was terrifying. Harry was a very accommadating host. Top Notch!

A Beary Good Birthday!

My fiancé and a few family members ventured to the Smokies for a birthday trip. And let me tell you! Waking up on my birthday to the majestic views of the Smokey Mountains was the best present ever. The WTH cabin looks just like the pictures. The cabin was clean, the coffee was stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We felt safe and loved the fact that there were flashlights all throughout the cabin. It was nice to have two master bedrooms with a view. And the game room kept my teenage niece well occupied. My second favorite area of the cabin was the hot tub. Being able to relax watching the sunset over the mountains after a long day of hiking was a blessing for my achy back and a delight for my soul. Getting up the mountain to the cabin was daunting the first day. As Harry, the host recommends arriving during the day is advised. Once we did it a couple of times it was less challenging. The location was perfect to get away from the city but close enough to the main attractions to take scenic drives within 20 - 30 minutes. Harry was a responsive host and even checked in on us during on our first day. If we are ever in the Smokies again I will be at the WTH cabin. Until then, I will miss those post card views. Bonus: I got to see a bear on my birthday at Anakeesta!

Mountain retreat

We spent a gorgeous week at the cabin with another family we often travel with. There are 11 of us total, 4 parents and 7 “kids” (age 15-21) and there was plenty of space for everyone! This was especially nice for my three teenage boys who have often end up on couches or in open lofts, but they were able to have their own actual bedroom! Before we even arrived, Harry was an excellent host, providing detailed responses to questions and making the whole process very easy. The details were well thought out, the house and outside spaces were clean and there was a ton for us to do. The kids loved the basement rooms and playing bags outside, and we utilized the bonfire every night. Hands-down, the best part of this cabin is the view! It is stunning, and captivated us all. I even found my teenage son sitting on the back porch (multiple times) swing just staring at the views! No phone in hand! We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the porch and one morning were even lucky enough to see a bear walk right through the property and up to the road! The drive up the mountain might be a little intimidating the first time, but gets easier with every trip, and is well worth the location. We are so grateful for our time at WTH Cabin—lots of beautiful memories made!

Great place with lots of memories made!

My family (spouse, three kids ages 1-4, parents, and in laws) had a wonderful time at WTH Cabin. The house was clean and spacious with excellent views. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Harry was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the coffee maker. When I reached out to Harry, he had a new one delivered that day. We will definitely rent here again!
