Our family enjoyed this cute cabin during our annual trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Our boys had fun playing in the pool (even if it was just 3 feet or so deep) and in the hot tub. We enjoyed dinner and tv outside on porch and the convenience to Pigeon Forge.

The layout of this house was great for our family. We were out and about a lot visiting all of the area attractions but it was nice to have all of the entertainment at the house while we were there. The location was perfect for getting to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Cades Cove. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. No regrets, we had a great time!

Communication was amazing! Checking in and out super easy! The cabin was spotless! Beds are very comfortable! Location is perfect! The pool and hot tub were extremely clean. The only thing I would change is in the colder months the pool needs to be a little warmer. Also some directions on heating the hot tub. Though not hard to figure out.

Tranquil Timber is the perfect way to describe this property. From start to finish, this was the most relaxing vacation I have taken. The bed was incredibly comfortable, couches were perfect for lounging, and the hot tub was great! Although we did not use the upstairs or the pool, those were impressive as well. The rental staff was very responsive when we asked questions. 10/10 would definitely stay at again!

My husband and our 3 children stayed for 3 nights in this cabin and it was better than we expected! Super clean, great location and the pool was such a plus for our kids. We will most definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!! 10/10

We decided to take a last minute to trip to Pigeon Forge to get away from the tourist area. What a wonderful relaxing stay we had. The cabin was a welcome surprise. Very clean in all areas. My only recommendation would be to stock more kitchen items. If a large group were to stay there wouldn't be ample dishes or cookware. Also, more hand towels for the bathrooms are needed. Other than that great everything. We would definitely come back.

When we arrived the cabin was clean and nice. Noticed the lights in the pool area bathroom didn’t work, checked the pool area lights later that evening and they didn’t work either. I called immediately to let them know, since this wasn’t an emergency they said it would be Saturday before someone could check it out. They came out late Saturday evening to check the lights and called to inform me they would have to get an electrician out there to fix the problem. So the pool was no good for us because we wanted it for evening and nighttime.The sole purpose of renting a cabin with a pool was so my grand babies could swim in the evenings after we arrived back to the cabin. IF YOU BOOK THIS CABIN OR ANY CABIN MAKE SURE YOU CALL TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WORKING LIGHTS OR THE POOL WILL BE NO USE TO YOU IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON SWIMMING IN THE EVENING OR AT NIGHT.

Great cabin, very clean. We had a great time playing pool, swimming, and relaxing in the hot tub. Its located about 10 minutes from the main road in Pigeon Forge, but far enough away to feel secluded. We will definitely be booking this cabin again in the future.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. King sized beds were very comfortable. Private indoor pool came in handy with the kids since it rained a lot while we were there.

We really enjoyed our vacation. We were able to easily come and go to many nearby attractions and restaurants. The kids favorite part of our stay was the pool. My husband and I did not like the mattresses - too firm. And, the master shower would leak every time we showered. The WiFi connection in the living room and master bedroom was also very poor, which made it difficult to enjoy any movies or shows on those televisions. The other 3 televisions/wifi connections worked properly. The outdoor living room and the hot tub made up for these minor inconveniences. Beautiful, quiet area.

The property is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. The house itself does have issues. The floor in the master bathroom is very soft from the leaking shower. Upon further investigation, I found this has been an issue since 2022 and not been fixed. We spent a lot of time cleaning up water and excessively washing towels. The pool’s chlorine content the first few days was awful. We had to open the doors to let out the fumes. The pool wasn’t serviced at all and there is no net to skim the pool. I was advised I’d be charged if they had the pool serviced. My last issue with the property was the internet/tv. It’s extremely difficult to use and we just gave up. I would be very cautious when booking a Vacasa property. I left a review at the end of my stay expressing my concerns. They did not post my review, but instead posted a review with my dates under a different name stating how wonderful the property was. I contacted their customer service and it was a joke.

The pool was too cold to use and the bathroom floors felt soft, like they had water damage. Just wanted to let you know about that but overall was great. The cleaning could have been a little more detailed, there was hair on the floors and the bathroom cupboards have stuff on them but overall not too bad.
