Please be aware- they are a separate rental company- and were extremely difficult to work with after we experienced issues. This property is falsely advertised (12/25) as having 2 queen beds and a king bed. The “queen beds” in question are actually fulls- negating why we booked this property in the first place. This property will send a SEPARATE contract about 2 weeks before your stay. If you do not sign the contract 2 weeks prior to your stay they will not take out the second portion of your payment- and you will lose your rental. We had booked our Christmas/new years stay months ahead and had no choice but to sign this additional agreement..The property also has mold. When we presented photo evidence of mold and incorrect bed sizes after our stay- VRBO attempted to assist. The property manager got on the phone was extremely rude and condescending- essentially told us we would be getting 0 compensation- although I only asked for a partial refund (because we did stay here and I was trying to be fair). Property manager declined any responsibility on their end because we did not report this immediately during our vacation (mold was discovered near the end of our stay). We were informed that had we reported the mold during our vacation they could have “brought out a humidifier” or found out why..And they could have had the CORRECT size beds delivered- as if their falsely advertised rental- was my faultBeware when spending your hard earned money- they do not care.
