The lodge provides spacious accommodations with well-thought-out sleeping arrangements:



Basement: Queen Murphy bed with a half bath.

Main Level:

Master Suite: King bed with a full bathroom.

Bedroom 2: King bed with a full bathroom.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 3: Triple queen bunk beds with a full bathroom, comfortably sleeping 12 adults.

Bedroom 4: Two queen beds with a full bathroom.

Bedroom 5: King bed with a full bathroom.

There are wild life present and insects are very common. We do have regular pest treatment to minimize mosquitoes and other bugs. Please close all doors at all times but they may still find their way in. Stink bugs or lady bugs are not controllable due to their hard shell. Never kill stink bugs since they will release stinky hormone and will attract more stink bugs, gently remove them to outside.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must have at least a 4 star rating for all prior stays to book the home and min 25 year old.



Any activity during use of property and especially in the pool is the responsibility of the renter. All adults must be physically present in the pool room with their children. We are not responsible for any negligence or accidents during the stay.



Also, please know that product liability and product usage is your responsibility.



Interaction with Guests:

Best way to communicate with us is through AirBNB platform messages. We will be available most of time from 10am to 12am. We do have hectic schedule as most people do with work and taking care of our children but we absolutely will do our best to be available for our guests.
