The cabin itself was pretty cosmeticaly and accommodated our group of 12. We were 3 families of 4. We enjoyed ourselves but there were downfalls. We had been told a college group was in before us and caused some issues. Okay, that's fine. When we arrived I noticed a mirror with a broken frame in the entryway on the floor leaning up against the wall. One of the rooms had a broken kitchen chair and bar stool in the closest. Later that night-early next morning the couple sleeping upstairs noticed their bed was broken right where the bedframe meets the headboard. The filter in the hall in the main floor hadn't been changed since October and was covered in dust. I notified the host of everything the next morning. They were to send a maintenance person out to fix the bed at least, since we had to improvise and put a towel down with rocks on it to prop the bed up in the mean time. We didn't want to scuff the floor but the couple also had to sleep somewhere. A maintenance person never did show up. The indoor pool had dirt or something laying on the bottom of it. We checked in on a day when the pool is serviced and cleaned. Another bar stool couldn't be used due to someone trying to hot glue the rungs in it previously and just moving it caused them to fall out. The door handle to one of the bathrooms kept falling off. The sliding door out to the balcony, the outside handle was broken. I feel that for what we paid it should have been fixed or accommodated when mentioned.
