Although we had several issues as we relayed them, the most dire was handled immediately by maintenance and the rest was accepted by what I can only assume was a general AI response system as when I requested the owners call me I never received a phone call from owners or managers. Although a prompt generic response was Vrbo inboxed. I believe we were beyond understanding with everything, but I believe it is in Abe and Kate's best interest to go stay in their house and use everything and I mean everything that is listed for use and see if they find everything in the condition they would want an expensive vacation to be.
