Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit z. B. Tickets für Flamenco, Tischreservierung, Alcazar etc. Das schwarz gekachelte Bad wirkte etwas schmuddelig, durch Kalkflecken renovierungsbedürftige Fugen. Bei einer Außentemperatur von ca. 28 Grad war das Wasser im Pool auf der sehr schönen Dachterrasse eiskalt und nur etwas für hart gesottene Schwimmer.

Sehr freundliches und serviceorientiertes Personal, super toller Pool und Dachterrassenbereich für Pausen und Sundowner, tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, kurze Wege!

Wir waren im neuen Teil des Hotels, neben dem Fitnessraum. Keine Aussicht. Wir waren jedoch nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass kein Aufzug nur Stiegen zu den Zimmern führen.

Das Hotel hat eine wundervolle Dachterrasse mit Bar und Schwimmbad mit einer stimmungsvollen Aussicht. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind modern und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Im Eingangsbereich ist ein etwas seltsamer Geruch, den ich mir nicht erklären konnte.
