« We were very pleased with the Mockingbird farm. It was very easy to find, the host was very good with response to my questions. She had muffins , drinks and snacks waiting on us. So nice and clean. It was easy to feel at home. We will definitely be back. Loved sitting on the porch and watching the cows and we even saw some deer. Thanks for such a great get away »

« I have nothing bad to say about this place! It was excellent! It was very clean! Everything felt like new. They thought of everything! Kitchen was fully stocked and they went above and beyond with the extras that a lot of rentals don't do that made all the difference. It was very relaxing as an adult but also super kid friendly for our little ones! We would definitely stay here again! »

« Host was very polite and quick responses to text. Loved this house. It's lovated at the top of the mountain with a beautiful drive past Ober ski mountain. The hot tub was great and sauna worked well. I do wish there were instructions and a small bucket to fill water for the sauana. The gaming table did not work, which was a disappointment. « Beautiful views overlooking the city from the hot tub. My sons 11 & 14 loved hanging out by the fire pit and in the game room. The hosts provided smores, which was a nice touch. House was warm enough and even got hot when it was freezing outside, especially with the electric fireplace on. The drive is a short distance to downtown Pigeon Forge, which was great. Only issue we had was the upstairs shower handle broke on the second day of our vacation, so 6 of us had to share the downstairs bathroom...
