« We recently stayed in the Hideaway, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our visit. The entire property is gorgeous. The staff is courteous, and the breakfast is amazing! The history of the home and allure is second to none. The grounds were beautifully manicured and you are close to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. The only drawback is that the mansion resides very close to a busy intersection and with that comes some noise. »

« Property is beautiful but SO expensive. In hindsight we would have been better off staying closer to downtown Nashville so we could Uber less. The beds weren’t comfortable and it was tight living space for 4 people and all our stuff. The staff were wonderful and there are lots of places to eat and shop. Make sure you can stomach flushing a $100 bill before you go to make sure you are ready. »

« Checkin not possible before 16:00, even knowing it, if you come earlier you have to wait. This could be easier with a real front desk, no? Room was just a big larger than the bed, impossible to get the tv working (netflix, etc...), same for the coffee machine in the room. Modern place, modern design (nice by the way), but cold, missing humanity. »

« The room had unpleasant smell, bathroom sink clogged, water passes thru the shower curtain when taking shower and sits on the door and house keeping didn’t clean the water/room. Front desk staff said the hotel was full for weekend but then I found out it wasn’t full the second day. Woke up stuffed and was not happy with my stay. Will not stay at Double Tree again. »

« Hôtel en travaux. Accueil très froid. Pas de ménage sauf si on demande. Pt dej quelconque. Laverie à faire fonctionner avec une appli : bref usine à gaz pour les touristes. Chambre correct. Salle de bain avec robinetterie qui bringueballe, barre de douche rouillée et qui tient par miracle. Bref pas du tout un 4 étoiles. »
