« We were in town visiting family, and stayed here for a few nights. I went in with low expectations considering the affordable nightly price, but was thrilled with everything! Staff was very friendly. The lobby and our room were immaculately clean (and I am very picky with hotels, as we travel a lot). « Our room was ready and clean. Staff provided extra towels for us. The disappointment was that although we were told breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am, there was nothing other than overnight coffee available at 7 am. Using the phone for contact in the common area meant the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering it. »

« Troubles unlocking room door. The manager is remote, but a friend of manager who was staying at the lodge reached out to him who remotely unlocked our door. Room was small, two plastic chairs to sit on besides the bed. Appeared clean. Figured out ac unit. Nice tv.. A few nice decorations on walls Bathroom very small. Shower is approximately 2 1/2’ square. My travel companion who is 6’1” barely fit and couldn’t turn around. The shower liner was stained and dirty. Would have liked information...

« It was a very nice visit nice stay, quiet, the suite was very nice staff was very kind, everything was very enjoyable I only had one problem and that was the smell in the elevator smelled musty, because I have allergies it affected my asthma other than that I would return it was a very nice positive hotel »

« I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia, which was very misleading. Our room key only worked about half the time, causing constant issues when trying to get into our room. We had three women staying in the room, so we needed extra towels, shampoo, and conditioner. When we requested more, we were told we needed to bring the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles to the front desk before receiving replacements. I have never been asked to do that...

« The Lowell Inn is a beautiful, historic hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast on the porch was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the server was one of the best! Parking in the ramp with access to the hotel floors on each level was very convenient. We were able to walk around the town and down to the river. »
