„I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap. „Staff was polite, professional, and exceptionally attentive to customer needs. Rooms were clean, bathroom had wall to wall marble, but the carpet should be replaced. Hotel paid breakfast buffet was unmatched compared any hotels in the world. Living in the USA for 46 years, and traveling all over the world, I have never come across such varieties of breakfast food ever. “

„Fantastic hotel in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. On Arrival we was greeted by the staff and gave us welcome drinks which was very nice. Plate of fruits was also provided in the room. In my opinion it is better than the 5 star hotel near sylhet Airport which is middle of nowhere.“

„Overall, this hotel looks good. Apart from cleanliness, hygiene. Not all rooms have a window that can be opened or there is no window to open at all. The windows are so dirty that you can hardly see anything outside. The rooms are cleaned with some smelly chemicals/Grand Suite room/. Hotel facilities: Exceptional deserves 5* the rooftop pool and views are the best in the city. Rooms were spacious and serviced everyday. The food was amazing! „Rooms were pretty much like the pictures, staff really stood out and were very helpful. Whether it’s laundry, direction, literally anything you might want/need, the staff there can organize it for you. “
