Complexes hôteliers à Shahpura

« Good rooms but zero activities and not professional staff. Slightly scary »

« A really great concept with such wide and thought out elements. »

« Everything was fine at the hotel the presidential suite was great. The staff also was very nice but please dont forget to take cash as i was having issue paying with my international card. »

« Really a grand immersion into culture, clean and good size room, comfortable beds! Two pools with great views from the rooftop! Amazingly rich breakfast! What a gem! »

« The property is good Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids. The cart services are not able to handle the load as the numbers don't match with the guests (275 rooms, 17 carts ). Room services were taking 1.5 hours to deliver even small...

« Out of the city, infested with pegions, rooms are dated with old keys, floors squeak, NO HOT WATER! Maintenance told me that you have to keep the water running for 5-6 minutes before hot water will finally arrive. And I was being charged an arm and a leg for staying here! On the plus side, the pool and garden are quite beautiful and the place looks like an old palace from the outside. »
