Myself, my 9 year old, my parents, and my brother stayed for 10 days in Feb 2026. Overall, I wouldn’t rebook. The MD, Ken, was proactive and responsive to our issues. He explained the prior guests were long-term and cleaners only had one day, but the condition still felt lacking.The beds were short-sheeted, and the shower liners were red and slimy with mold (replaced after complaint). Paint was massively peeling from ceilings and there were holes in tiles and walls. There were suspected mouse droppings (insect larvae?) in bedside tables and kitchen cupboards, so we rewashed every dish. Dirty knives were in the knife block. Garbage was under a bed and the TV unit, plus a year-old (!) pack of cookies in a cupboard. A lamp had a loose fitting (fixed after complaint). The sleeper sofa had a dirty mattress protector and no sheets, and we were short pillowcases (supplied after asking). We requested the 175 cleaning fee be waived and were refunded 30.One neighbor was arrested at 7am after a prior police visit, another neighbor complained about my child playing at 6pm. A watermain burst and we were without water for hours, asked the workers while heading to central toilets. The support team didn’t know the pedestrian gate code so we got stuck until a car passed.Positives: amazing balcony views, some friendly residents, easy Roku TV, fast coin laundry, smooth self-check-in, reliable wifi, full-size fridge and good kitchen equipment, and effective air conditioning. /end

Simple and effective

We were just having a girls weekend. This location allowed us a waterfront view without the cost of staying by the beach. The place was clean and there was adequate space for the three of us. The ONLY downside was the neighbors seemed to have to slam their door to shut it. It was a small thing tho. I would book here again if i return to the area.

Peaceful view

We loved the view and patio this place had to offer. It was limited on space but the perfect reading and coffee nook for 2 people. One night, we even watched fireworks from the balcony that were across the bay in Destin. The master bedroom was quite spacious with plenty of storage. They offered pool noodles and such and the pool onsite was great. The only negative wasnthat there was onsite laundry but not actually in the unit. But nothing unmanagable. Really enjoyed our time here.

Great area, but pest infested

In a great location, but we had a very unpleasant experience with cleanliness and care of the condo. 6 total large cockroaches, 5 in the interior, were counted, plus some at the grilling area and dumpster. 4 of them were in the kitchen, two on the kitchen counter, one on the balcony, one in bathroom. The property is on the bay near water and has a wonderful view, but proper pest control does not seem in order in such a risky area. There were at least 5 visible bait traps (roach motels). We brought this up with the owner and were told they were just a preventative measure. We also found mouse droppings on two days on the kitchen counter, so we are sure there was a mouse in the kitchen. We took extra care measures to ensure there was no food left on the counters, tables, floor, etc. even before our experience with the first cockroach. Underneath the refrigerator was filthy and cluttered with cardboard, an easy hiding spot for the rodent(s) and insects. There was also a gaping hole in the kitchen wall where an old landline telephone once stood, and we saw cockroaches trying to get out through there into the kitchen. We told the owner about our negative experience from the beginning but were told all he could do is treat the area with chemicals, we refused this, but ended up having to spray the phone hole to keep them out. Owner refused to implement hole sealing and cleaning and tried to cover up infestation. It was a disgusting experience, took away from the beauty of the bay.

Beautiful, quiet place on the water away from the busy tourism.

Had a little cousin family reunion and had such a great time, we're thinking about making this an annual thing. This was a beautiful condo, right on the water, and away from the busy tourist area. Being away from the busy Destin strip, it was only a 15-20 min drive to the Destin beaches. One of my favorite parts was sitting on the back patio in the morning, looking out over the bay, drinking my coffee, and watching the dolphins play. It was very calm and quiet and the neighbors we met were quite pleasant with us. Everything was clean with plenty of room, lounging, and towels for four adults on a five day stay. The place looks just as the pictures portray. Hurricane repairs were still going on, but a non-issue as it's happening at the other end of the complex. Parking was not an issue for us with 2 cars. We didn't take the opportunity to use the pool, but it was a nice, clean, large pool that we will use in future. There's also a coin laundry room by the pool with plenty of washers/dryers if you need to do laundry while you're there. I will definitely stay here again for future visits to the area.

Perfect location with a beautiful view

Easiest rental we have ever booked. The condo and pool was clean and the updates were nice. The view was amazing and we also seen a lot of dolphins. The location was close to so much with lots to do. They are doing construction but that didn’t bother us one bit. Everyone we talked to was so nice.

Nice place. It was just as we expected. Would stay again.

This was a nice place to stay. It was very quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable. Neighbors were kind. Hurricane damage was being fixed and a work in progress. It will look nice when that’s complete. We would definitely stay again.

Nice Area

The location was a nice area. The only downfall was the parking for the condo due to construction being done. The pool was nice and clean. The condo has towels, pots, dishes and silverware no cooking spices,oil,etc. Overall enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Great getaway

We loved the condo and the view was gorgeous. We had a wonderful time, everything was as described. Our only issue was out of anyone’s control and that the repairs that are being done to the downstairs condos that were damaged by hurricane are being done before 8am. Which for some isn’t bad but when you’re enjoying catfishing at night until after 2am it’s a little ruff to be woke up by hammering, yelling between the construction workers and the saws and other equipment going. But we look forward to coming back again some time.

It was amazing!

This property was amazing and if I ever find my way back to Destin I’ll definitely stay here. Some things were a little backwards, like the toilet flushing and the fan strings. The hot water was also backwards, but we figured it out and everything was perfect!

Super!

Great location, right on the bay! Woke up to dolphins swimming right in front of our balcony! Amazing view and calming waves. The pool was clean and right next to the laundry rooms. We swam while it was running! Perfect for our mixed age group. Would be great to bring a kayak as well! Will recommend and stay here again soon!
