« Wonderful stay in a lovely little retro cabin that’s updated just enough to be comfortable while imagining you’ve gone back in time. Our host was proactive and very helpful. She made the stay that much better. We visited in late summer. The stargazing was spectacular! And we sat outside around the fire listening to apples fall from the trees watching the wildlife (safely, from a distance!). The surrounding area had lots to explore. »

« Hosts were very nice and communicative and they allowed an early check in because of a snow storm. However, the cabin was very dirty. The prior guest had been staying there for two months with a dog prior to our arrival and it was not adequately cleaned. There was dog hair covering the couch. The couch and pillows smelled like dog. There were food scraps, hair and other garbage under the couch cushions when we went to use the pullout bed. The guest left personal belongings. The dishes and...

« A major factor in my lower rating was encountering a mouse wandering around the kitchen at night. I immediately informed the host, whose response was, "How did that get there?" and that they would "inform the team." Unfortunately, I received no further follow-up regarding the issue. The next communication was the automated checkout message the following day. That said, the host was kind, and the instructions for the stay were clear and easy to understand. One checkout requirement I didn't...
