« This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here! »

« property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

« I loved my stay - it was everything I would have hoped for, and the host could not have been more welcoming. She'd installed a brand new smart TV, the internet access was instant, and there was coffee, tea, sugar and milk for the morning in the shared kitchen. This is a lovely little place for a single person or couple to stay in, and in nice weather there's a pleasant little garden to sit in as well. »

« Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the sea was nostalgic and calming. The property was welcoming, clean and tastefully furnished. We felt safe, and had all we needed. Tea and Cadbury’s chocolate fingers were so lovely on arrival. Would love to return one day. »

« Host changed the address of the property an hour before check in (5 hours into our travel to the location). The amended property had black mould poorly covered by grouting, no shower screen so water went everywhere, and general "DIY landlord" decorating, with damage to many of the walls being slap dash filled and painted. There was also a general sewage smell across the property but that may have just been the area / location. »

« My family and I had a fantastic time at Colonels Apartment. Right in front of the beach. Wake up to the sounds of the waves, had breakfast on the outside table in front of the house looking at the beach and then I crossed the main street and went for a swim on the gorgeous beach of Sandown, which by the way, is dog friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and was as described. Communication and organization was 100%. Will book again! »

"Le point fort de cet hĂŽtel est son emplacement prĂšs de la plage superbe, dans 1 quartier vivant sans ĂȘtre bruyant. Les chambres sont simples mais propres et les lits confortables. Les sanitaires communs sont propres. La cuisine est un vrai plus pour petit dĂ©jeuner sur place et manger sur le pouce. Attention, il n'y a que 5 places sur le parking, sinon il faut trouver a se garer dans le quartier et payer. Il faut aussi bien respecter son heure d arrivĂ©e pour ne pas avoir a attendre le receptionniste. Et si on parle mal l anglais, il faut emmener son traducteur, car le rĂ©ceptionniste n a pas Ă©tĂ© trĂšs aidant. HĂŽtel Ă  recommander nĂ©anmoins. "
