It is a small friendly complex with only 149 apartments so a very peaceful location for a relaxing holiday and a perfect base from which to explore Sharm and beyond.

Well tended gardens and 5 pools to choose from plus pool bar at the main pool serving food and soft drinks during the daytime. Please be aware none of these pools are heated.

Studio has king sized bed plus sofa bed with storage. Bedding and towels provided including pool towels.

Wifi available payable locally.

Fitted kitchen with oven , hob , microwave fridge freezer and everything you would need to self cater in style.

Bathroom with shower. Recently retiled in 2026

Please note that in addition to the rental price water and electricity are payable locally as they are provided by meters. Staff will take a reading when you arrive and again when you check out so you only pay for what you have used . This allows us to keep our basic rental price low.

Unfortunately due to local laws we are unable to accept bookings from unmarried couples if either of the guests are Egyptian.

Please be aware there is considerable building works ongoing all across Sharm at the minute so you may experience some disruption.
