Das Hotel war im Allgemeinen okay. Plus: Tägliche Reinigung, Aufmerksames Personal Minus: TV mit 1 gut empfangbarem Sender: ein russischer Shopping-Channel, keine Info über WLAN, etwas nerviges Anpreisen von Angeboten am Pool, kein Verleih oder Verkauf von Schwimmbrillen, nur Tauchbrillen, Gepäck verschwand unterwegs (Hinflug) und wurde beim Rückflug zurückgegeben, Frühstück immer identisch mit wenig ansprechender Restfleischsuppe.

Thank you for the good stay
Good and proper room. When I arrived, it smelled a bit dumpy, because of the sea. All was handled and solved in minutes. Very welcoming, reliable staff. They all really care about us guests. The swimming pool is top. It's great to be there. Sad time was so short. The lunch is phantastic.

Great Food, perfect to reach everywhere
The first view is like an average place. But already the welcome and all service, the helpfulness, phantastic local food, security and safety are simply proper, friendly, professional and good. The hotel management immediately reacts to any smallest wishes, solves them immediately. True recommendation.

The stay was okay- definitely very balanced price/ quality. It’s probably one of the cheapest hotels in the area, and you get what you pay for. They offer breakfast/lunch/dinner which I would not recc, and just go adventure for much better food quality. Hotel staff was extremely nice and kind. They should invest in good wifi though! Unable to load a single email during those days and it will interrupt connection every 5 minutes.

Fuja deste hotel
Hotel terrivel, pedi um quarto de NÃO fumante e o mesmo tinha um cheiro terrivel de cigarro, as camas estavam cheirando a cigarro, o ar condicionado extremamente barulhento e parava de funcionar durante a noite, banheiro cheirando a urina e com privada vazando, pior lugar que me hospei no Egito (quarto 911). A comida também não é boa, muita fritura. Talvez para um padrão egipcio seja bom mas para padrao internacional é terrivel. A localização ate que salva proximo a Naama Bay, mas praia deste hotel é bem simples.

Mais custo que benefico
O hotel é bem localizado, 5min a pé do centrinho de Naama bay. As toalhas e roupas de cama, assim como a cama sao bonzinhos e paramos ai. O hotel é bem antigo, sem reformas recentes, entao ta bem precaria as dependencias. O wifi é so na recepção e daquele jeito... o café da manhã é 100% voltado para os locais, entao tirando o pão, café, leite o restante é diferente da rotina brasuca. Vou parar por aqui pq a equipe se esforça pra atender os clientes e depois que vi a regiao em volta, percebi que quase todos sao do mesmo tipo e que o local como um todo sofreu alguma crise que acabou com todos os empreendimentos. Creio que o covid agravou a situação.

2-star hotel, at best
The room was very dirty, and obviously hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom had stains on the wall tiles next to the toilet from urine and feces splattering from the toilet. The water from the faucet was brown when I turned on the water. There were stains on the bed sheets and I had to sleep on top of the bed instead of taking the risk of sleeping in the bed. The rug was very dirty and appears to have never been cleaned. There were also stains on the chair, which I had to cove with a towel before sitting on it. The hotel had a small security safe in the room, but it didn't work. At least the small refrigerator worked and kept my drinks cold. Ignore the Hotels.com or expedia rating for this hotel, it's a 2-star hotel at best. Don't eat the breakfast at their restaurant because you'll get diarrhea which I had 2 1/2 hour after breakfast.

Dear guest, we are very disappointed you were not happy with your stay with us. There was obviously a mistake with your room and we only wished we were told during your stay to rectify the issues. I can assure you that this was not our normal standards nor the way we run the business but unfortunately human mistakes can happen and usually we react swiftly only if we had been notified. Also, we serve between 200-250 meals daily with not a single reported issues…diarrhoea can happen for numerous and we can understand that when you’re happy with the one service it can affect your judgment on others. We can only promise that we will not allow this to happen again should you change your mind and decide to give us another try Kind regards

Двухместный номер очень удобный. Есть холодильник, который отлично морозит, чайника нет, фен дают, если попросить. Есть столик для пинг-понга. До пляжа минут 10 пешком, дорога комфортная. Дают билетики на пляж Viva beach, пляж с отличным пологим песчаным заходом и крошечным рифом.

Отличный отель за свою цену
Жили в трехместном номере: второй этаж, окна выходят на двор со стороны основной улицы, тихо, все необходимое есть. Убирались каждый день, за чаевые крутили фигурки из полотенец. До пляжа минут 10 пешком, дорога комфортная. Дают билетики на пляж Viva beach, пляж с отличным пологим песчаным заходом и крошечным рифом. Большого супермаркета Carefour больше рядом нет (сами выбирали ориентируясь на отзывы, что есть).

Excellent customer service
This hotel is old but very nice outside. Rooms are ok ( little dirty but ok) The pool , terrace , breakfast are awesome . I decided to booking a massage , and was very relaxing.
