« This was a very cute place. They are very dog friendly, had dog bowls out for your pets, a cute little yard for them. The place was very clean, comfortable. Quiet little cull-de sac. I would stay here again when I am visiting Chico. »

« So basically a hotel room in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dresser & closet space with hangers. Comfortable Q bed, quality towels, everything I needed. I had to search the internet to figure out how to operate the coffee maker, but they supplied plenty of pods for it. I know its a Chico thing but ther are no street lights on the block. Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again. »

« Walking distance to downtown - explored museum and purchased many nice one of a kind pieces of art from local artists at the art center. Hal was the staff on duty, he is very knowledgeable about the local artists and the county in general. The room was great with air conditioning! It was a 102 degrees when we visited. There is a lovely seating area on the porch surrounded by a yard with a water fountain. Noelle the owner was easily contacted by text and noticed that the cleaning fee was too...
