„Nice place in Orange. Close to everything you could need. Older building, plenty of parking, quiet. Make sure you message host immediately if ANYTHING goes amiss (WiFi, any damage, etc).“

„My stay at the modern retreat in Monroe was perfect. Conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, banks Starbucks. Beautiful Wolfe Park is minutes away to enjoy a hike or a bike ride. The hosts were easily accessible with any questions and or concerns. This modern retreat won't disappoint.“

„The room was very comfortable, and check in was smooth. I would caution families with small children from staying here, because of many of the signs decorating the interior are inappropriate (mild profanity, toilet humor). But the amenities were great, and the temperature was good, even though it's a basement unit.“

„This was a 2 month stay for us and was not equipped for longer term stays. Storage is a challenge. On the plus side, the host is responds quickly and helped with any issues we had. The location was great as we needed to be in a specific area.“

„The property is beautiful and was everything we would want for our vacation. I have rented a number of homes for vacation, but never had coffee, razors, mouthwash and other household goods available for guests. A wonderful touch.“

„Definitely a great place to stay! We all were comfortable and enjoyed our time. We will definitely stay there again for future trips. Everything was very clean. Lots of towels. Extra blankets and pillows. And there were plenty of things to be able to cook to avoid eating out. Super pleased!“

„La Caistas Retreat was a wonderful experience. The place was very clean and cozy. We visited with 2 of my adult children and their significant others and had plenty of room. The host, Sujata, was very informative amd checked in daily. The check-in and out were very smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting New Haven!!!!“

„We rented this home for our daughter’s college graduation and were fully transparent with the owner beforehand. Although the listing allows up to 15 guests, we never exceeded 14 people, and the gathering was simply close family, including grandparents and young children. There was no party or disruptive behavior.Around 10:30 PM on graduation night, the owner began repeatedly messaging me, saying he was “watching the house” and accusing us of violating the rental agreement. „The property was nice inside as the pictured showed. The stairs are steep. A few things need updates like the sliding glass doors to the pool and mud room. The pool is great, large, and clean. The backyard area beyond the pool is not well maintained with lots of weeds and critters back there. The property is immediately next door to a small airport, so it is noisy when planes are and coming and going. There is not too much to do in the area. The Atlantic ocean beach was a bit of a drive ...

„We had just a short stay but it was perfect for what we needed. The home was very clean and exactly as advertised. It is a great quiet neighborhood feel and comfortable home for our family and pets. Would highly recommend.“

„The property is well kept and the house decorated beautifully. We didn’t get to enjoy the adorable fire pit and barbecue as it rained most of our stay. The coffee bar was well stocked and a delightful welcome as we did not have time to shop prior to our arrival. Our family immensely enjoyed our time together. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. Claudia responds to messages immediately.“

„This apartment was wonderful - clean, well stocked, and cute. Aside from the proximity to the train tracks (although earplugs were thoughtfully provided), the location was great - close to the highway and more importantly Dairy Queen.“
