„I left after I saw the property, as a solo female traveler I did not feel safe there the front door is right by the “bed” which is a very small uncomfortable futon, I didn’t feel like the locks were secure to the front door, the bathroom was tiny you can barely even get in there, the comforter and sheets were worn and the whole place has a weird smell. It was awful I will be very careful about where I stay from now on after this experience. “

„June 2026. We REALLY enjoyed staying at this place. The apartment is super cute and really clean. The beds were very comfy. And the owner was really easy to communicate with (I needed help finding the place and getting into the building because my elderly mother was with me and my head was all over the place)...but the owner was super easy to get in touch with to help me with directions and accessing the building. „The condo was extremely dirty with dry wall all over the floor and counters that got all over all our clothes. Had musty smell. Owner did not disclose that downstairs was also a VRBO and we thought it was a spa and heard people yelling and arguing at 2am. Overall negative experience would not recommend. Oh also AC barely worked was very hot “

„Great location in downtown Winchester, very walkable to restaurants and stores. House is old and decoration interesting. For 3 of us for 2 nights it was just fine, if more guests and a longer stay the 1 bath tub with a shower over the tub would get old. Also no one can touch any other water source when someone is showering, blistering water comes out the shower. House was clean, kitchen perfect for what we needed.“
