„Well, for one, I was worried about sound as I could hear neighbors room outside our room. The noise disappeared inside our room. I was pleasantly surprised by the sound insulation. Friendly staff, the bartender was super friendly and personable. Tony was definitely a highlight of the stay. The front staff member was also very friendly. I think name was Ari. “

„Wir haben in diesem Hotel einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Great Smokey Mountains Nationalpark gemacht. Da für ist es ausreichend. Ansonsten ist ist es 20 - 30 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto bis Downtown Roanoke. Das Zimmer war ganz in Ordnung und sauber. Der Raum für das Frühstück ist nicht sehr einladend und für die Anzahl an Zimmer ist die Zahl der Sitzplätze zu gering. Es gibt die übliche Auswahl von Bagels, Waffeln und Ei. Das ganze auf Styropor-Tellern und mit Besteck aus Plastik. “

„Overall it was a good stay. The room was updated and clean. The front office staff was not very friendly when we arrived, which wasn’t a good first impression. But the location is very convenient to the college and great shopping/dining. “
