We were extremely upset with this stay. Cutting a very long story short, we arrived and the cleaner was there until 3.30pm, the house was not cleaned properly. The bbq was putrid and even thou we cleaned it for hours it caught on major fire, no extinguisher, no fire blanket, meat ruined. Tissues, ...

Room was amazing with plenty of room, reception staff were fantastic & very pleasant on arrival. fantastic pool area outside the rooms, lovely well maintained gardens & surrounds.
