Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. « The difficulty with this accommodation is that it sits between one-way streets. The entry is in one street and the car park in another. I did appreciate having the car in secure parking. When it was time to leave I had to find a way to get out of the carpark, which I needed the key for and then travel a few blocks in order to come in via the one-way streets to hand in the key via the other entrance. I did suggest that the hotel considers putting a key deposit box at the exits for the car parks....

« Hôtel bien situé, près d'un centre commercial. Il est très bien sécurisé, l'appartement super bien équipé, la literie confortable. Juste deux soucis, certains équipements demandent à être remis en état mais rien de trop gênant. L'autre soucis c'est la caution qui est débité, elle est rendue rapidement après le séjour mais un peu gênant avec le taux de change. Bon échange de communication. »
