« The room was very clean and the air conditioner super cold which was great .The front desk guy was personable and nice and had good restaurant recommendations. The cleaning lady was super sweet . Our only critique was the mattresses were super firm/hard. »

« We booked 2 rooms one room had mold and was hot a moist when we walked in. The other room had bed bugs on one of the beds. We did not stay we refused the booking and it has taken me a month to get my full refund. OH YAA the pool has not had water in ten years don't let the description of this place fool you. This hotel has gone down hill and is at rock bottom!!!! »

« The rooms were clean. The staff is amazing.great family getaway. Everything you need is right there within 5 minutes. Great pool and games. Definitely my first choice in this area. »

« Breakfast was good. I was told I could check in early but I had to hand strings a small town and came back a couple times to be told no room was ready. Second time I used the restroom and saw cleaning staff of three smoking outside the door and didn’t seem to be in a hurry to clean my room. When I came at check in time of 3p my room still wasn’t cleaned so they moved me to one that was. »

One of the rooms had a smokey smell, stains on the cabinet doors in the bathroom, and random spots on the wall that I don't want to know about. « We stay here just about every summer. Sometimes we book a cabin instead, but we enjoy our stays here. This year it wasn’t quite as clean & there’s a mold issue. Never had this problem in the past. The mold issue is surely caused by guests getting the carpet wet. It would be ideal for the owner to switch to hard floors so people aren’t getting sick. I’m extremely allergic to it so I had awful allergy issues the whole time. I did ask about a cleaner room but he said all the rooms have mold because...

« We stayed at the hotel part and its a little run down upstairs carpet is tore and a safety hazard and all round outside is dirty. Needs a really good cleaning outside and maintenance done. It's quite and the views of the river are beautiful. »

« After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. « Great location as far as the restaurant is in walking distance and another great restaurant right down the road, just about 5 miles for downtown Mountain View. Beautiful lake to sit on the deck and look at. You can not fish from your cabin, which was disappointing, the cabin is just basic. Clean and neat, but no amenities, whatsoever, but a beautiful location. »
