Hotels | Shirogane Onsen, Biei

„Exellent dinner buffet! Free shuttles (reserved) from Asahikawa and to Biei were very convenient. 3 mins walk to the famous Shirogane Bridge for great views. We didn't go to the Blue Pond due to transport logistics and lots of flying insects. Free water bottles and japanese sweets in room. Rooms were nice and clean. The only problem was our 2 rooms didn't have airconditioning, or rather, the central airconditioning is not effective at all. It was too hot to sleep for our 1 night stay in August ...

„The staff are friendly and helpful“

„Clean and big and comfortable and all necessary included“

„The staff was very friendly, efficient hotel where everything was easy and pleasant. Our room looked over the train station, making an open window not the best idea. The bathrooms were quite outdated. “

„Blick auf ein Dach und einen Parkplatz“

„Perfect place for Furano. Close to the ski resort, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and a small onsen to soak after skiing “

„Sehr komfortables und großzügiges Zimmer. Sehr gute Matratzen. Schöner Sitzbereich. Umfangreiches japanisches Frühstücksbuffet. Freundlicher Service. Schöner Onsen-Bereich. Sehr empfehlenswert!“

„The hotel cannot be found on Google map. It took us long time to find the hotel and discovered the hotel name is different. When we booked the hotel it was Petiti hotel blanc feur. Actually it is Petiti hotel blancenerge. We told the staff, he seemly does not care.“
