„Super Zimmer - Pillow Corner ist top.“

„We stayed at the Toyoko Inn Hokkaido Shinhakodatehokuto-eki Minami near Hakodate located right next to the train station on April 21, 2025. Before our arrival, we emailed reception to request an earlier check in time and they replied saying it was no problem and that we just have to pay 1000 Yen. Great! However….when we arrived, the man at the front desk had no idea what we were talking about but eventually he agreed to let us in after paying this amount. Strike one. The next morning, our ...

„Really lovely hotel with super helpful staff. Breakfast was great“

„This is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed in our rather extensive international travels in the past two decades — quiet, stylish, elegant and aesthetic, more like an art museum with books, paintings, sculptures, historical train models. It locates inside a national park and directly connected to a very private lake.

„It was such a lovely stay with excellent food options, both at the hotel buffet and near the hotel. The employees were also very professional and welcoming to us. Would book here if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate!“

„Okay“

„Very smooth check-in. The place was really beautiful. The location was good, too. Quick walk to the red brick area. 20 minute walk to the ropeway. We were there in June, and didn't need to use the fire place, but the smell of woodsmoke was there. During winter, you expect the smell of wood burning, for sure, but I was not expecting that in June. However it didn't bother us since it was kind of like staying at a camping site. Just wondered if this might not be great for some people sensitive to ...
