Hôtel près de Shiva Temple, Palampur, Palampur

« The rooms were pretty decent but had issues with the bathroom exhaust which was not working properly hence emitting foul smell in the room. Breakfast was not at all upto 4 star standard in terms of spread and taste. »

« Good location but it gives you a feeling of staying in a budget hotel… despite charging good amount for stay, the hotel does not offer basic amenities in the room like slippers, tooth brush kit, soap etc You will have to ask for everything!! Toilet seats are too small and uncomfortable- it’s kids size only so anyone with good physique and height will feel very uncomfortable! Overall 3 star experience - could have been better as I have stayed in much better hotels in Palampur. This place is...

« Nature’s beauty »

« I had a very disappointing stay and would not choose this property again. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The washrooms were dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell throughout our stay. The body lotion provided in our room had already been used, and there was a used towel left behind, which immediately raised concerns about housekeeping. The bedding also appeared not to have been properly washed, and both of us developed a rash after sleeping on it. We requested a room...

« Nice clean peaceful property. »

« Perfect for a family gateway at HP »

« A bit away from the central market but very peaceful. It is mini tibet. The rooms are spacious. Hotel serene. Staff very helpful. Ms. Rupali receptionist, ms. Cherry, himmatbhai and all restaurant and room service staff polite and always helpful. Food needs little improvement. Every room must have hot water geyser or boiler. They have solar connection for hot water but it takes time to get hot water. In house laundry is an advantage. Rates are reasonable for all services. We have stayed there...

« Great, helpful staff. Hotel lacked energy. Food was mediocre especially for the price. Property was beautiful but limiting »

« Wonderful stay, with comfortable accomodations, and incredibly kind and helpful staff on such a beautiful and tranquil property. »

« Cher pour ce que c'est. Notre chambre n'était pas propre. La nourriture est ok mais pas plus. Personnel de bonnen volonté mais peu lucide. L'hôtel vit du passé prestigieux des anciens propriétaires et non de la qualité du service qu'elle rend. Le problème c'est qu'il n'y a rien de mieux dans les environs... »

« Camp Oak View was in an amazing location with views. We stayed in the glass house which was spacious, clean and cozy for us travelling as a couple. My partner fell ill with a fever and the staff could not be more helpful in providing medicine, heater, food etc. They were truly great »
