view and villa was spectacular, but their service waqs poor, lack of staff and inflexibility. the rooms also have sink bugs (we killed 3) around so pest control is needed. the villa was luxurious but the villa is away from the main building so villa guest are on their own pretty much with zero support. ...

A ripp off!
The only thing that makes this hotel 5 stars is the high prices. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the service. The hotel is old and urgently needs renovation. It seems as if the last bit of money is being squeezed out of the old box. The owners obviously only think about maximizing profits ...

Haus in toller Lage, direkt am Toya See. Die Badestelle ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt. Unterkunft ist dicht an dem Ort Toyakoonsen wo man sehr gut ins Onsen gehen kann. Sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
