« Highly unprofessional. They kept asking for my card details even though I’d paid in full (thankfully I refused). After checkout, I got an email saying I’d been charged $400 for someone else’s reservation! Shockingly careless and negligent. Glad I didn’t share my details; I’ll be watching my bank statements and disputing any unauthorized charges in case they somehow got a hold of my card, though I highly doubt it. Do not recommend this place at all. »

Everything felt clean, thoughtful, and intentional, making the stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The warmth and kindness of the hosts truly stood out. « We booked 5 rooms for a family getaway for the weekend. The rooms were comfortable enough. However TVs did not work in 4 of the rooms. We had a pleasant saturday afternoon doing the wine tasting at the Cellar Door. The restaurant was not opened for breakfast. All in all, a nice weekend. »

La propreté pourrait être améliorée: les oreillers étaient tachés, les sols n’étaient pas impeccables et noircis, beaucoup de poussière sous le canapé. »
