« The Terrace Staff truly took customer service to the next level! We have never had such excellent CS. From the text requests that were delivered every time within minutes (Rose front desk was amazing) or the maintenance man (I think Richard) who not only ensured our AC was working properly he brought us complimentary fountain sodas in between his visits! I mean TOP NOTCH! All of it!!! I just can not say enough and we've stayed at all kinds of boutique style hotels, Ritz, JW Marriott's etc. »

« We are regular guests at this hotel and many Hilton, particularly H2S locations.
