Great place for a winter retreat.

Just a few items we had with our visit. First, the loft is above the garage and is not heated. You have to enter through garage door which does make it a concern for younger children. Luckily there were plenty of blankets and roll a way beds to accommodate. With quite a few people enjoying the house, the hot water was limited for showers. Timing was everything. Other than these few items we worked through, the place was amazing and we enjoyed the location and the property. Deer visiting every morning to the golf course made the children's mornings while having breakfast. Plenty of walking paths to enjoy the outdoors and the peace and quiet.

Relaxing Getaway!

Our visit was excellent! The house was clean and included a book the outlined how to use everything along with some recommendations of where to go. My kids loved playing in the arcade and the fireplace on the patio was an great way to enjoy the evening.

Great Get Away Retreat Accomodation

The six of us (Senior women) would definitely stay at the Torreon Treehouse in Show Low again. The house was clean and spacious. All five bedrooms were separated for privacy. The four bathrooms are large. We enjoyed sitting on the main deck that has a gas fireplace and a grill watching golfers on the 18th hole and the wild life. We screened a lot of properties before selecting this one and it met all our needs. Thank you.

Family Snow Trip

We had a fantastic family visit. Ideal location and easy access to community resources (store, starbucks, lake). We cooked all meals in and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. The house accommodated our multi-generational family needs with plenty of space, bedrooms and restrooms for all. The snow was beautiful and the community maintained safe driving conditions with the winter weather. We look forward to a return visit!

Snow place like home

Great property. Clean, plenty of amenities and supplies. They even had a back up propane tank for the grill which we ended up needing. The multiple fireplaces are great, two gas and one wood, perfect for the cold winter evenings. Wonderful view. Since it snowed the day before we arrived we were able to go sledding just out the back.

Family Respite in the Pines

Great family house

Magical Treehouse

The property was great!! The rooms were very spacious and having each bedroom with its own bath was such a plus. The game room and downstairs movie room was perfect for the kids. Treehouse Dream!

We stayed at the Torreon Treehouse in May 2023 for 3 nights. We had 6 adults and 2 teens. It truly has the tree house feel with many windows looking out to the pines and golf course! I loved getting a shower in the Master Bedroom and seeing the trees all around me! The beds were all very comfortable!! House was well stocked as we did do some cooking there so that was appreciated!! The arcade game room is a fun bonus! Loved feeling like a teen again playing Pac-Man! LOL Kudos on the detail of the light switches that were game controls ;-) Plenty of room with 2 family rooms. Would definitely stay there again! One thing to note the 5th bedroom is above the garage (w/2 twin beds) and took us a bit before we found it!lol

Fun in the Snow

Our family (6 adults, 4 small children) reserved this property from Dave for a six night stay in January and it worked out great House was perfect with two large bedrooms upstairs and two more downstairs. The downstairs is completely carpeted which was great for the kids to play and run around without making too much noise. House was very clean and well stocked with extra bedding and pillows, and there are even two roll-away beds available if needed. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you would need, including pots, pans, condiments, and dishes. W Big wood burning fireplace in upstairs great room was great, as well as the outdoor gas fireplace on the upstairs back patio. Best of all, it snowed almost a foot the day before our arrival and the kids were able to experience snow for their first time. There is a hill right out the back door perfect for sledding, snowball fights and building a snowman. In addition, there is a great arcade room downstairs with six different games, perfect for older kids and adults!! Dave, the owner, was great to work with and we are all hoping to come back again to this property sometime soon.

Holiday Getaway with Family

House was perfect for us! Plenty of space for our group of 7. We enjoyed the downstairs living room for family movie time and I was able to show my teenage boys a thing or two about Street Fighter and other games in the Arcade! My in-laws are up in that area, so we will definitely be back in the summer to escape the heat.
