« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH?
