Discover the Palais Kalya, an elegant villa on one level located in Essaouira, designed to accommodate up to 8 travelers. With its 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms, its spectacular infinity pool with aquarium effect, its large garden, this property offers an ideal setting for a stay under the sign of comfort and serenity. The Kalya Palace was designed to offer an experience combining comfort, elegance and conviviality. The main living room, bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows, opens directly onto the terrace, the garden and the pool, offering a real feeling of space.
The villa accommodates up to eight people in four air-conditioned bedrooms. Three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, while the fourth has a double bed that can be configured into two single beds according to your needs, making it an ideal solution for families or groups of friends. Each room has its private bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer, linens and welcome products.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, blender and all you need for cooking. An outdoor kitchen with sink, barbecue and dining area also allows to fully enjoy outdoor meals.
Outside, you will enjoy a magnificent infinity pool of 12 × 4 meters, complemented by a secure pool of 3 × 3 meters suitable for the youngest. The pool is currently not heated, but will be equipped with a heat pump from November in order to provide optimal comfort all year round. Deck chairs, a garden furniture, an outdoor dining area, a fire pit and a large garden complete these relaxation areas.
The villa also has high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, a workspace, a fireplace, air conditioning, fitness equipment as well as many facilities for families with children, such as a baby bed, a cot, games, a highchair, baby bath and changing table available on request.

Travelers have exclusive access to the entire property, including the villa, garden, private pool, landscaped outdoor areas, outdoor kitchen, private parking and all amenities.
The arrival can be carried out independently thanks to a secure key box, offering great flexibility.
Our property manager will welcome you on site to accompany you upon your arrival and will remain available throughout your stay if necessary.
