가격대비 직원들의 서비스나 어매니티, 조식은 그저 그렇습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 욕실도 있고 좋습니다. 리조트 특성상 근처에 슈퍼나 마트가 없어 조금 불편했습니다만 앙코르 유적지와는 멀지 않습니다. 왜 아침일찍부터 복도에 음악을 크게 틀어 잠을 깨우는지 모르겠습니다. 조식먹는 장소도 어딘지 몰라 헤매는데 직원들이 영어를 잘 못합니다.로비에서 100불을 잔돈으로 바꿔달라 했는데 그것도 없다고 하더군요, 이렇게 큰 호텔에서...

Breakfast was great. Dinner was just average. They held a pool party one afternoon. We complained because most of the songs played contained foul language and graphic lyrics. The music was way too loud and inappropriate for the patrons that were mostly children.

We checked in resort on May 2019. The checked in service was satisfied with check in staff. We were assigned to highest floor with garden view. The aircon cooler was unsatisfied and we requested to change other room at one level down satisfactory. The bedroom and shower room was spacious and clean. There is no great balcony viewing outside. The resort size was big with many resort building coverage. The amenity come with gym and sauna and steam and hot/cold pool and swimming pool. The swimming pool water is warm because of the hot weather on May month. The surrounding of this resort had limited eating areas because of this resort located far from tourist areas. Tuk Tuk is the land transportation service goes to other places. The breakfast spread is acceptably yummy. The Resort WiFi signal is acceptable. The free shuttle bus timeslots to pub street serve at evening. Hope to see the bus timeslots serve at day for management review. Overall, this resort is recommended for staying which had provided friendly service.

First time come to Siem Reap, I chose SOKHA SIEM REAP RESORT & CONVENTION Center, its fantastic place, great view, great swimming pool, great beers and great hotel staffs, especially, Mr. Veasna who always patiently to answer my question and requirements. Hotel also provided airport free pick-up service. IF someone plan first time to Siem Reap, please consider SOKHA.

Nice but dull.
Big hotel rather souless and its very far from the town where all the bars are. Pool and rooms are nice but the bars were empty and the cocktail making staff and the chef had all left whenwe arrived at 2245. Bottom line pick a nice central hotel if you planning any nightlife.

This hotel is huge and palatial. It has a gorgeous pool and lavish lobby. Its decor alone, however, is not what makes it great. It’s the people who work there. Sarouen was so helpful at the front desk, and Alisa was amazing! If you are staying here, look for this beautiful and helpful lady at the front desk. She speaks English so well and is full of confidence! She is a big part of what made our stay at the hotel magnificent! And I cannot forget Rain, who picked me up at the airport even though he drives for another Sokha property in Siem Reap. My stay was made even greater because of these people. Missing Alisa, Sarouen and others as I return to freezing cold Tokyo!

Beautiful resort. Perfect combination of French Colonial and Cambodia design - especially the pool! Wow. Resort and room was overall very clean, modern, and huge. It wasn’t swarming with busloads of Chinese people. Breakfast was a varied array of international cuisine. The only issue is the reception staff. Only a few spoke and understood fluent English so it was hard to communicate. We also asked for an iron which doesn’t come standard in the room and it took about 40 mins for it to be delivered. We also had to wait more than 15 mins at the reception to ask a question and there were 2-3 staff helping or checking in only one customer. They didn’t even apologize. It was odd for a 4 star hotel. Otherwise we would come back.

the hotel it's okay but the services so terrifying if talking about room service it is not 5* for sure . that going to be 2* hotel service. staffs unfriendly . from restaurant to their managers. when i had an issue room service has been waited like 2 hours . then told on of their member. then she passed to her manager then what their manager do just sent me an email an nothing came and talk to us or somethings . this is absolutely joke. their customers service their very very poor.

Good, comfortable stay
Huge complex, quite modern, quite nice. Not in or near city center, so no choice but hotel restaurants if you only want to walk around. The Japanese restaurant on site was quite good. Comfortable and reliable complimentary transportation is provided to hotel guests to and from the airport. We enjoyed our stay.
