Live like a local in the heart of Siesta Key Village, just a 5-minute walk to the island’s world-famous beach. Casa De Siesta blends vibrant charm with relaxed coastal style—Enjoy the freedom to walk to everything. This island retreat is made for morning strolls, beach days, and sunset BBQs. This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom unit is perfect for families or groups sleeping up to 12 guests.

As you walk in you will see the coastal-inspired living room & kitchen with outdoor patio area perfect for evenings or early mornings. Going upstairs you will find both bedrooms prepped for your stay, enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and additional outdoor patio connected to the master bedroom. As you return downstairs you will find the private backyard oasis, there you can enjoy your own outdoor grills, hot tub & pool.

NOTE: Side 312 and 314 are split. This listing is for both sides so enjoy multiple living quarters and kitchens when booking this property. POOL POLICY: Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
The above ground spa, once turned on and can be run at any time and will heat to 100º. Turn the temperature down to 80º and put the cover on when you are done using. Above ground hot tubs are not as reliable as built in tubs. The use of this hot tub is not guaranteed and should only be considered a possible amenity of this rental.

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Pets over 25 LBS will require DP approval prior to arrival. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED

A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.
