  • Diese kürzlich renovierte Gulf View-Einheit installierte Geräte aus Edelstahl in der Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und neuen Schränken, neuen Fliesen in allen öffentlichen Bereichen und neu installierten Teppichen in beiden Schlafzimmern. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Doppel- und ein Einzelbett. Der Master verfügt über einen König, in dem dieses Gerät bis zu 5 Personen schlafen kann. Sowohl das Master- als auch das Gäste-Badezimmer wurden ebenfalls neu renoviert. Genießen Sie einen Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern sowie einen Videorecorder, einen DVD- und einen CD-Player im Wohnzimmer. Die Aussicht auf den Strand und den Golf vom Balkon ist wunderschön.

May 2017 Stay

The unit was absolutely gorgeous. We had two weeks of heaven and can't wait to come back again. The only suggestion I would like to add would be chair/umbrella set up service. HOS could charge a daily or weekly fee that could be optional for guests to use or bring/buy their own.

The secondary bedroom window did not open. The patio furniture was too big and in disrepair. The chairs were torn where u could not even sit in two of them. The table was so big only one person could be on the patio at a time in the morning. For the money we paid I would have expected more. People working there were perfect.

Spring Break at House of the Sun

We first went to HOS in 1984 with three young children, and now I am taking my grandchildren. We love the location, amenities and the office staff is professional and easy to work with. The property is a bit aged (the elevators) but well maintained and what we expect. Nice updated key fobs, good grills, great job managing the beach chairs, and of course the tennis/pickle ball court is a plus!!!

It was a nice week in Siesta Key. The only thing I would have liked to know ahead of time is all the items I would need to buy in terms kitchen items, paper products, etc. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Had a great time, even with the tropical storm blowing though. Our unit was huge, clean, and comfortable. We particularly loved the lounge chairs provided at the beach, was not expecting that based on past experiences. Everything was just wonderful, and will be staying here again!

August 2017 Stay

We had a pretty good week. The weather wasn't the greatest, but we were able to relax! That was super important!!! We absolutely LOVED the new furniture! It was super comfortable and the color is amazing!!! As always, everything was clean and ready to go when we got there. We do feel it's a bit warmer in the master bedroom and we even bring our own fan! LOL We enjoy coming to Siesta Key/ House of the Sun and will continue to visit annually! We're trying to talk the rest of the family into coming down with us next year! Thank you for all you to do make our experience enjoyable! I also agree about the umbrella service. I love that we don't have to bring our own chairs, but umbrellas would be awesome!
