設施有待加强
飯店離沙灘太遠,額外的交通費增加不少,飯店外面的馬路看起來已經施工很久了,但沒看到什麼進度,鄰近馬路的大廳蒙上一層厚厚的灰塵,飯店員工好像也不打算擦拭,大概等馬路完工後再說吧!

Horrible!!! Dont stay here
Big construction site all around leaving everything covered in dust even the pool. Rooms filthy, no English speakningen staff, so they had to Call somebody from spiralfer eventhoug we had announsed a late arrival at 20pm. We payed for 3 rooms and were promissed a refund, since they only had 2 rooms for us, but it never came.

Dear Ms. Carina Skjold, We want to response to your issue as below : -Lost reservation: We are apologized for our missed one room. In that night, we also suggest to provide relocation service to both of you. We also contact hotel.com team to provide any relocation service in case you need another room. But your friend refused. It is normal case for hotel to lose reservation so that contract require hotel to provide relocation services to all of you. We responsible relocation cost if you need. -Refund : As we lost reservation, We also done any necessary step for you for relocation service and refund step. However, Ms Carina refused for relocation services. For refund step, she refused to take part in every step require for refund. We have indeed ask expedia to refund for you. You can verified with expedia. Our case number is 69054075. I don't know why expedia doesn't refund you too as either doesn't get your money even single cent to our hotel. We also suggest number of expedia customer service for you in case you didn't get refund as we explain it necessary for guest to contact directly to expedia to get refund. In case the Expedia didn't refund you, we provide our phone number to facilitate the process more. However, Ms Carina Skjold have been very furious and tell us she is contract manager at DSB and she know law well and will sue our hotel for any fail attempt to pay her and write a big of everything bad about our hotel. In addition, she said it our fault so she won't make any attempt or involve for refund process.We know we are wrong to lose our reservation. However, for refund part, we have try everything we can to facilitate the process. But the thing she angry and doesn't involve in the process. -Filthy Room, no English speakning staff and in dust even the pool.it what she make up.We haven't even list we have swimming pool in Hotel.com
