Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Resort. Für uns war die Lage sehr wichtig, da wir etwas Ruhe gebraucht haben und es etwas weiter weg von der Stadt liegt, aber wenn gewünscht ist diese sehr schnell mit dem Tuk Tuk erreichbar. Gebucht hatten wir eine Executive Suite mit großem eigenen Pool, dieser trug sehr zu unserer Erholung bei. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Essen, geboten wird eine sehr gute Auswahl an Asiatischen und kontinentalen Speisen, alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt und hatte faire Preise. Die Angestellten des Resorts waren stets zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Das Ressort ist wirklich schön. Der Garten ist ausgezeichnet, der Pool super, das Essen sehr gut und der Bungalow mit dem Ausenbad ein Traum. Die Umgebung geht aber gar nicht. Es ist wirklich sobald man auf die Straße tritt eine Müllhalde. Die Chinesen haben schon die Hälfte abgerissen und der Müll und Bauschutt türmt sich über all. Der Strand ist nur dreckig und es stinkt überall. Es werden überall riesige chinesische Hotels gebaut. Der Baulärm ist auch nachts fast nicht ertäglich.

Beautiful hotel, the area is not that beautiful... staff was great, really friendly, very helpful. Food was good, very close to the beach. Rooms were not that big but clean and looked beautiful.

Das Hotel selbst ist echt schön. Bei unserer Rundreise hatten wir in diesem Hotel das beste Frühstück gehabt. Leider ist die Umgebung eher was langweilig und schwierig zu erreichen.

Lage Nähe Großaustellen. Straße in katastrophalem Zustand, Müll, Schlaglöcher, Schlamm. Kein Moskitonetz trotz sehr vieler Mücken. Frühstück gut, hübsches Zimmer, Service etwas träge; ein bestelltes Mittagessen kam nach einer Stunde und mehreren Anfragen nicht, wir waren dann woanders essen.

Schönstes Hotel in Otres1
Moderne Anlage, die noch etwas kahl aussieht, vielleicht kommt das ja noch? Schöne stylishe Bungalows (ohne Schrank, aber haben wir nicht vermisst), mit OutdoorBad (und heißem Wasser, Weinmann nicht zur Stoßzeit duscht auch mit Wasserdruck;-)! Frühstück ist gut, wenn auch nicht abwechslungsreich (immer der gleiche, wenn auch köstliche Mango-Saft und als Obst Banane/Ananas). Die Kellner sind alle nett und ein bisschen hemdsärmelig - im Gegensatz zum schlecht gelaunten und wortkargen "Manager". Wer es nicht weiß: Das Resort hat keine eigenen Liegen am Strand, aber es ist kein Problem welche mit Schirm zu finden! Alles in allem: die Anlage hat alles, was man braucht. Ist schön designed und sticht sehr raus unter den Backpacker Bungalows von Otres1. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Neues Hotel am Otres I Beach mit tollem Service
Neues Hotel unter französischer Leitung. Die Bungalows sind nicht direkt am Strand, aber man ist in 2 Minuten am wunderschönes Otres Strand. Die neuen Bungalows sind wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Restaurant ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert und der Service top! Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Hotel ok, avoid Sihanoukville City.
Hotel is okay. The area is dreadful. Sihanoukville must be the biggest building site on the planet! The hotel shakes when heavy vehicles pass the hotel. I am not exaggerating! This happens most of the working hours of the day. Thankfully hotel is not in the city centre. Avoid Sihanoukville till the building work has finished, what a mess.

The hotel was cute staff was friendly but the area around it wasn't and getting there was difficult as the roads were terrible almost 4x4ing to get there. I guess there was flooding in that city a month ago . Garbage all along the sides of the roads and the smell wafted into the resort off an on. Water is not crystal clear n blue like in most pictures of the region, more cloudy and greenish. I wouldn’t recommend going to Sihanoukville at all as it’s more little China with terrible roads and garbage no infrastructure to handle or care to and construction everywhere. koh rong islands were nice but again the water not as pictured by most.

NATURAL BEAUTY IN GARBAGE LAND
The hotel is nice, pity the service is so mediocre and the hotel is not very clean. The air conditioning was leaking on our pillows.The restaurant is okay, not delicious but not bad either. The worse is when you cross the road to go to the beach. It is a big pity because the beach is really beautiful, but filled with so much garbage, we couldn't even bare going, it is really disgusting. Not only few papers on the floor but piles of garbage. It is very sad to see, what a pity!

I could not find any record of our team working on your air conditioner. If you had reported the problem, our team is very prompt at responding. As you know, we do not control the beach; however, our team does volunteer with other hotel teams in the area to try and clean the beach every month. We hope you will stay with us again should your travels bring you to this area again.

По сравнению с местностью - а это просто напросто свалка в прямом смысле слова(на каждом шагу - навалены горы мусора, отходов и всего остального, мы так поняли, мусор там вообще не вывозят, а бросают, где нравится, т.е. везде) в отеле просто рай. Но если быть объективным, то ужасная вонь ощущается даже на территории отеля. В лобби диваны не первой свежести. Хотели заказать перекусить с дороги-почти всё, что есть в меню, отсутствует в наличии. Номер в целом хорош, если не считать, что в душе не работает слив. И если ты моешься дольше 1 минуты, вся вода просачивается в комнату, и кровать становится похожей на корабль. Мы там были 4дня. Так случилось, что у них сломался вай фай. Починили его только на третий день. В последний день ещё перестал работать слив в унитазе, и сейф заклинило с нашими документами и деньгами. Боялись, что придётся там задержаться, т. к. уже опаздывали на самолёт, а после истории с вай фаем не удивились бы, что и сейф чинили бы дня 3. Но эту проблему решили быстро, слава Богу! Остальное всё супер

У отеля неплохая зеленая территория, однако совершенно не ухоженная. Номера представляют из себя бунгало. Площадь их недостаточна для двоих человек и багажа. Ванная комната находится на улице, что со стороны выглядит вполне симпатично, однако крайне неудобно в использовании из-за высокой влажности и обилия насекомых. Завтрак ужасный. Кофе пить невозможно, из выпечки есть только тостовый хлеб , сыр и ветчина отсутствуют в принципе, из съедобного только фрукты. Повар в ресторане готовит все блюда на один вкус, весьма вольно обращаясь с их составом и внешним видом. Персонал старательный, но абсолютно некомпетентный, что, впрочем, является общей проблемой Камбоджи. Отдельного внимания заслуживает прилежащая территория. Конечно это не имеет прямого отношения к отелю, однако надо учитывать , что он расположен на помойке, в прямом смысле этого слова с соответствующими пейзажами и ароматами. Вокруг помойки идет непрекращающаяся стройка. Пляж загажен так, что босиком ходить небезопасно. Не рекомендую посещение данного места в ближайшие лет 10, до завершения реновации.

I am not sure why you thought our rooms were too small, but we do list the size when booking. I would suggest looking at that information when booking in the future. For English translation readers I think the translation is not correct, we do have a full buffet, and not just bread and fruit. I take great offense to your statement of the staff being incompetent. In fact, I challenge you to find another review anywhere that agrees with your thoughts. Our staff is well-trained and delivers amazing service far beyond our competitors. Considering this is a relatively expensive hotel for Cambodia I was disappointed with the room (this is not my 1st trip to Cambodia and I have travelled extensively throughout Sough East Asia). We booked the room with a private pool but on checking in we found someone in the pool and the room was not clean. The ‘private’ pool is NOT private everyone can see in and quite often come over for a nosey and the hotel staff often just appear through the bushes because they do not want to walk to the gate. It is anything but private. The furniture although appears quite new is very cheap, badly fitted (doors don’t shut properly) and chipped or badly stained. The walls are very thin. The bathroom had litter from previous guest that was still there when we checked out. Whilst I was very disappointed with the room the communal areas were lovely and breakfast was fine. The resort however has been very spoilt and is currently like a building site. We left 2 days early even though we had already paid in full due to our disappointment with the room and the resort. I would advise anyone to go to the Islands instead for a nicer experience of Cambodian beaches.

I would like to apologize that our resort did not meet your expectations and will address each of your concerns. It sounds like your arrival was possibly met with some confusion on the part of our staff. This is an area I will work hard to improve so that this does not occur in the future. As for the privacy of the private pool area, this is being addressed and is something we are looking to make better. To address the door concerns, this is something the senior leadership and maintenance staff is also currently working on. There is no excuse for the room still having litter from a previous guest, or remaining during your stay. I will share this information with the housekeeping team so we can address the issue. I wish you could have elaborated on the point of being a building site. While we do have our team doing some renovation on the rooms such as painting and making small repairs, I would not consider it a building site by any means. We appreciate your recognition of the communal areas and the hard work our grounds staff puts in making the property a peaceful and beautiful area to stay. I will also pass on to the chef and his staff that you enjoyed the food, as they have been working hard to make improvements. Thank you again for your feedback. We would love for you to stay with us again and see how we are striving to make Sahaa Beach Resort THE place to stay.

Nice Stay
We only stayed for 1 night as we were heading over to the islands the next morning. The hotel was nice and we enjoyed the pool area for the afternoon after we arrived. Staff was kind and room was clean.

田舎の美しいリゾート。欧米人に人気のあるエリア。ホテルはコテージスタイルのお部屋で清潔。ホテルのレストランは何を食べても美味しかったです。スタッフもとてもフレンドリー。１つ気になったのはバスルームが半分屋外のような作りになっているので蚊に刺されるのがちょっと…。それ以外は言うことなしの快適リゾートホテルです！

Good hotel
This hotel is an oasis in sihanoukville, which is not the nicest area (lots of construction/dirt roads/rubbish all over the beach/coming out of the sea). The rooms, pool, bathrooms, restaurants and staff are all great. We were unfortunately mugged on the beach close by and the staff did as much as they could to help following this. The shop owner/tour guide directly opposite the entrance is so helpful and would recommend visiting and supporting him. Overall I would say if you have to go to sihanoukville this is worth the slightly higher price, without being too expensive.

Staff at the hotel was lovely!! Restaurant food was very good. I would suggest wearing bug repellent when outside. Beach was maybe a 30 foot walk right across the street. Lots of local restaurants down the street & felt safe. Would stay again.

Best hotel in the locality, nice staff and good beach. Food is good too. However, the area is not to everyone’s taste, road outside is grubby and the pathway down to the beach is full of rubbish. The hotel should pay someone to clean this up. We had problems with the shower and electricity on the first day but these got fixed.

Intermittent electricity in the evening and no water pressure in the the morning which meant we couldn’t shower during our stay. We waited over an hour for our food at dinner and on a couple of cases our orders were mixed up or we were served something totally different. We shared our complaints with the desk on check out, although the manager was very nice and polite we were informed that the electricity and water outages were part and parcel of staying in the area (this was confirmed at other hotels). We suggested this should be included in the website, as we certainly wouldn’t have paid $120 for a night had we known... despite the issues the people who worked here were very polite and helpful, it is a shame as otherwise it could be a nice little resort!

Bathroom not clean and no hot water. Bathroom sliding doors do not slide without force. Empty glasses on outside table not collected during stay. Positive note - bed was very comfortable. Very sad for Cambodians of what is going on around there.

В общем и в целом на твёрдую четвёрку. Комната большая. Осреднённо типовая. По большому счёту претензий нет. Качество кровати жена оценила чуть ниже среднего, скуксила мину и выдала: --- Жёсткая. Нет смысла брать номер с балконом, который выходит на улицу. Он маленький и неудобный. Да и выйдя на него погружаетесь в жару и вонь от помойки, расположенной под окнами отеля. Бассейн удобный. С необычно холодной для тропиков водой. Полотенце, лежаки, все удобства. Особый напряг вызвала столовая. Именно столовая, но не ресторан. В час пик при полной загруженности отеля найти свободное место просто не реально. К завтраку, как к еде претензий нет. Достаточно. Даже обильно. Много. Каждому карапузу будет достаточно. Вообще, отель заточен на приём больших организованный групп. Отсюда все его удобства и неудобства. За день до заезда прислали письмо. Так мол и так, готовы предоставить бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта. Напишите только номер рейса. Написал. Ответили: --- Водитель будет ждать с табличкой вашего имени. Прилетели. На входе никого нет. Доехали на такси. Прибегает менеджер и извинениями: --- Ваш рейс задержали на два часа, поэтому не встретили. --- А что, так не бывает? Ответ не получил. Странная услуга, не находите? Зато в отеле можно нанять машину с водителем на целый день для осмотра Ангкора. Чем мы, кстати, и воспользовались. Удобная опция.

Tophotel "oase van rust"
Hadden hotel geboekt voor 4 nachten om strandvakantie in Cambodia af te sluiten. Hadden kamer met prive zwembad genomen en dat bleek toch echt een voltreffer. Prijs kwaliteit voor deze type van kamer is subliem. Je eigen stukje rust van oase in een regio van verloren glorie. Door de bouwwoede van de Chinezen in de regio van Sihanoukville wordt de omgeving buiten het hotel volledig verwoest maar het hotel zorgt ervoor dat je toch nog het cambodiaans gevoel krijgt. Indien je regio Sihanoukville aandoet, geen twijfel neem dit hotel. het zal je niet beklagen.
