„We stayed on Santana Row with 2 friends for a fun shopping weekend. We've been there many times for day trips but staying there was extra lovely. You can walk right downstairs to coffee and pastries in the morning. Several nice restaurants and shops nearby too. The loft was super clean, well-appointed and very comfortable for all of us. Parking was very convenient, secure and close to the building entrance. Would definitely stay there again.“

„I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy ...

„We stayed here as a family from Sunday through Friday, and it was perfect for our trip. I was working on the Stanford campus, which is just about 2 miles away and easily walkable. The location is also fantastic for exploring Palo Alto—downtown is an easy walk, and we enjoyed going out for dinner in the evenings. The house itself is comfy, quiet, and has relaxing décor that made it feel like a true home away from home. My son especially loved it, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend!“

"Check-in: 24h coverage is great also for those who do late check-in. Bad experience, my wife and I got somehow a room card for a room which was busy by someone else. This shows me that everyone could get into my room. Also in the room there is only a single locker for the door, but not a double one like for most of the hotels. In this area it would be highly recommended. The bathroom was not clean at all. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart and there were everywhere mold...for me looks not safe at all anymore. In addition, the guest above was not sleeping at all was walking the whole night. We heard every single step... not sure what he/she was doing. Definitely not normal... The bed was at least comfy and fortunately, we stayed only for a night. Never ever... would definitely not recommend. "
