"Our room matched the photos and the hotel description. It was located on the ground floor, but unfortunately there were no security bars on the window. As the temperature was over 30°C on the day of our stay, we couldn't leave the window open while we were away from the room. In addition, the shower drain was clogged. However, the front desk manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He immediately offered us a different room at no extra charge. The new room was larger, in a much better location, and could be ventilated properly. We also received a fan, which made our stay much more comfortable. This was truly excellent customer service. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with a great selection of coffee. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for an overnight stop."

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel de Len. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of at all times. The spa on the 6th floor was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the design, and the overall experience were exceptional and perfect for relaxing after hiking. Highly recommended."

"Wir haben 5 Tage im Sporthotel unsere Flitterwochen verbringen dürfen. Die gesamte Anlage ist optimal für einen entspanntes Wellness und Sport Aufenthalt geeignet. Auch bei einer Halbpension bietet das Hotel eine MittagsJause an welches reichhaltig mit Suppen, Salaten und warmen Gerichten aufgestellt ist. Das Personal, der Service und die Sauberkeit sind tatenlos und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!"
