« The room was very clean, staff was friendly and off road parking great. But the place could really do with an update, very tired and uninspiring with a good cooked breakfast but being let down by cheap ingredients. Best bit is coffee out of lavazza coffee machine. »

« As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t...

The lodge was cosy and clean with everything you need for a break away; it really was a home from home and closely situated to the main area of reception, Jake's Bar, kids' activities, Showbar and pool. « Au début on nous avait donné une chambre au sous-sol. C'était très humide, malpropre. Il y avait des sacs à poubelles qui traînaient dans le corridor. Jamais nous n'aurions accepté de dormir là. On nous a donné une autre chambre à l'étage. C'était un peu mieux mais sans plus. Le service était très lent(on devait donner plusieurs fois avant d'avoir une réponse) mais le personnel courtois. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hébergement, même pour le prix. »
