Location de vacances de particulier à Silverleaves

« Home was comfortable, made so with the dishwasher, good reverse cycle heating and smart tv, however the wooden steps at front and side had no hand rails and with the foggy mornings the steps were very slippery. Very easy to fall and fracture a hip from side steps onto concrete drive if elderly, like we both are. »

« Beautiful and private property stay. My partner is a huge fan of trams and we loved the antique decor of the place. We made the excellent choice of staying in the winter amd getting to use the fireplace and provided Firewood. My only wish was a more comfortable couch by the fireplace »

« The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. »

« The home is clean, however, it wasn't as modern, fresh or thoroughly presented as it appears in the listing, and isn't what we were expecting based on the photos. The home is quite old, and the front stairs aren't particularly safe. Some of the windows are cracked, and there is mesh across the top of some windows, which made the house very cold and drafty when the heating wasn't on.Overall, we enjoyed our weekend and appreciated that the house is conveniently located close to a number of tourist...

« Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make. »

« No free to air TV was deal breaker »

« Wonderful house for 2 families, great views and an excellent fire »

« The location was excellent, although the photos gave the impression it was right on the beach, rather than nearby. Nicely equipped. Could have done with some wifi but not critical. Games room was good. Nice place. Had a great weekend »

« Despite the making of a beautiful house the cleanliness and need of maintenance left me feeling very disappointed. This was meant to be a family get away to relax but sadly the following prevented this:The online photos failed to show significant cracks in the dining area. The outside decking is dated and in need of replacing, panels are loose and screws were found scattered across the floor. The back gate did not close and was constantly opening in the wind. The hot tub took an age to heat up, and...

« I was hoping for a great stay, realised when we arrived we have stayed there before - a few years ago and it was pretty average back then but we were hoping to see some great changes. If I realised it was the same villa I would not have booked. On entry the villa still had the same bad smell and as we looked around you could see why. Place really lacked a thorough clean and attention. Dirty, smelly dishes in oven. Dirty grease filled bbq. Every window frame was dirty/mouldy, couch is grotty (I...

« A great location to walk to the beach and shops. Perfect house for the family with. 2 living spaces and decorated beautifully with pictures and penguins. »
