« We had to switched a room (had 2).2xs. 1st one had bugs everywhere stepped on 1 and blood came out!!!!(probably tics) and air conditioning did not function. 2nd room change sheets were dirty!!!! Never staying again. This was our 2nd stay, 1st one was ok. Very gross »

The water in the shower needed aeration. Staff was helpful and breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was helpful. Don’t understand why they charge $100 in incidentals when there is no way you can spend that on anything. Disappointed that they wanted me to wait 5-10 business days to get a return on my card. « We arrived last night at around 8 seemed ok then this morning we woke up to our room with 1 in of water on the floor, mind you we were on the 3rd floor. Front desk told us to call customer service. In all my years of renting hotels this has to be the worst experience I have ever experienced. Im calling customer service foe a refund. This was unacceptable at all levels. »
