Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage.
Wirklich schöne Anlage in ruhiger Lage. Fish Spa kostenfrei zu nutzen, ebenso hatte man Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer oder konnte sich beim Concierge welche geben lassen. Personal immer höflich und hilfsbereit. Hotel bietet Shuttle Service zur Vivo City (Shopping) an, ganztägig. Auf dem Hinweg kann man sich aber auch z.b. bei Resorts World (Aquarium, Wasserpark, Universal Studios...) absetzen lassen. Abholen geht nicht, allerdings fahren auf der Insel verschiedene Busse, die ebenfalls kostenfrei sind. Das war auch super. Frühstück im Hotel sehr gut und vielfältig, mit frischen Säften (Obst/Gemüse). Manko: Mein Kaffee wurde mir einmal mit einem Holzstäbchen zum Rühren gereicht. No Go! Hier erwarte ich in einem solchen Hotel einen kleinen Löffel. Ist also noch ausbaufähig... Zimmer: Sehr schön, mit vielen Details. Wir hatten bei Anreise ein upgrade (zu bezahlen) angeboten bekommen, was wir annahmen. Jedoch hatte das Wohnzimmer kein direktes Tageslicht, nur Milchglas und in einer Hausecke gelegen, wo noch Fensterläden davor waren. War nicht mein Geschmack. Die anderen beiden störte es nicht. An einigen Ecken durfte man im Zimmer auch nicht so genau hinschauen, da war dann die Tapete schon am Lösen. Die Milchglasscheiben waren z.B. auch sehr schmutzig. Kommt man von außen wahrscheinlich schlecht ran. Müsste aber dennoch gemacht werden. Wir hatten insges. einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, leider aber nicht so viel Zeit, um wirklich alles zu nutzen im Hotel. Dann beim nächsten Mal...

Erholung Pur
Wir waren von der ersten Sekunde begeistert von diesem schönen Hotel, das zum entspannen und relaxen einlädt. Das Hotel ist sehr offen und luftig gestaltet. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr groß, wunderschön eingerichtet und auch sauber. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Shuttle Service zu zwei Zielen auf dem Festland besteht ebenfalls. Ansonsten kann man auch mit dem Shuttle auf der Insel fahren. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Schön anzuschauen sind ebenfalls die Pfaue, die sich frei auf der Insel/ im Hotel bewegen.

Sehr schönes Hotel im grünen
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern. Es ist nich einfach ein Hotelklotz sondern die Zimmer sind schön verteilt. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Ausstattung (Safe, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Dusche, Badewanne, USB-Stecker, usw.).

Der schöne Schein
Das Personal war sehr gut. Gerade die Pagen und die Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum und am Pool waren fantastisch!!! Der Poolbereich und die Bar waren sehr schön. Nur waren die Auflagen für die Liegen sehr verdreckt. Viele Möbel waren kaputt. Das ganz Hotel wurde nicht richtig geputzt. Und in unserem Zimmer/ Bad wurde der Boden nicht gereinigt. Das freundliche Personal hat es fast vergessen lassen, aber ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen (leider).

Nice Resort Hotel
Had a nice stay for 5 days. The Hotel is located in a quiet part of Sentosa and the beach is just a few minutes away. Bus stop is right next to the Hotel. Beautiful pool and bar area. International and Asian Breakfast with a huge variety! Allthough the breakfast area can be really crowded at some times. The rooms are lovely but the furniture has seen better times.

Luxushotel in toller Lage auf Sentosa/Singapur
Wunderschönes Hotel auf Sentosa, tolle Zimmer, grosser Pool mit genügend Liegen und einem super auferksamen Team. Frühstück perfekt (wirklich alles wird angeboten), allerdings recht teuer, da nicht im Zimmerpreis dabei. Die Mitarbeiter alle hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Angenehmer Shuttel-Service von/auf die Insel (alle 30 Minuten). Das gesamte F&B-Angebot grossartig! Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, ich hatte eine tolle Woche dort und konnte mich nach dem Sightseeing in Singapur im Hotel wunderbar entspannen!

Tolles Resort in Strandnähe
Es ist einfach alles perfekt, die Zimmer, der Pool, das mega Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, es gab Wasser umsonst und die Reinigung des Zimmers war vorbildlich. Das Hotel bietet ein shuttel Bus in die Orchard Road und nach Vivo City, von dort erreicht man gleich die MRT. Der letzte Shuttle geht um 23.00 Uhr, so kann man den Abend in der Stadt verbringen. Einfach super! Zum Strand gibt es einen schönen Weg , und der Pool ist super. Wir würden sofort wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Man hat Ruhe und doch die nähe zur City.

Tranquillity in the making
Just spent 6 nights everything was wonderful except for the construction noise (few hours in the morning and a few in the afternoon). I could have changed hotels if I had wanted but decided to stay because the attitude of the staff was immaculate to counter the inconvenience. Loved the pool - unusual coloured tiles but perfect to fit into the natural surrounding woodland. Once the hotel renovation has been completed ( I was told end of the 2015 although signs state September 2015) the rating for the state of the hotel will be definitely a 4 if not 5.

Erholsamer Ort in unmittelbarer Nähe der Grossstadt Singapur
Bereits bei Ankunft im Hotel fühlt man sich Zuhause. Die Angestellten sind aufgestellt und freundlich. Das Hotel befindet sich regelrecht im Dschungel. Es ist grün, ruhig und wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und waren stets sauber! Durch eine kurze Treppe getrennt der Palawan Strand wir haben jedoch den Tanjong Strand bevorzugt, welcher auch unmittelbar beim Hotel ist. Ein Hotelshuttle fährt alle 30 Minuten vom Hotel zum Vivocity (sowie zum ResortWorld Sentosa wo alle Freizeitsparks etc. sind) vom Vivocity ist man mit der U-Bahn rasch überall. Singapur ist eine tolle, interessante Stadt man fühlt sich einfach wohl und sicher egal zu welcher Zeit. Wir haben den Kontrast von Grossstadt und Rückzugsort im Hotel Sentosa Resort & Spa sehr genossen und geschätzt.

It's a terrible experience! The very first step into the hotel was shouted by the receptionist "HOLD, HOLD, HOLD..........." He was also using a hand gesture to push me back! There were no other guests in the reception desk, and I saw no reason for him to shout at me! Well, it happened that he was waiting for the prior guest to come back. A more polite gesture and explanation can help! I wonder if this is the way how they greet their guests. This was just the beginning! When I finished check-in, the reception sent us to the villa by car but forgot to give us the keys! The driver had to go back and get them. When we entered the villa, we realized that a construction site was just next to it. Machines operated loudly and we could hear workers talked to each other. Noisy and annoying! How can the guests relax and enjoy in a resort hotel like this??!! Facilities in the villa were all worn out. Not worth for a dime, definitely no return and highly not recommend.
