We stayed at a cornerroom on the right side, and appreciated the view of the pool, the skyline. Delicious breakfast, nice swimmingpool, walking distance to MRT and absolutely liked walking zlong the quays. We would recommend the hotel also for the friendlyness of the staff.

Loved our stay, breakfast was included & always a variety of hot & cold foods, that changes daily. Fort Canning is close & worth the walk. Beautiful french bakery is worth the visit. Transport for trains, buses is in walking distance. Lot's of restaurants around the property. House keeping didn't clean 1 day. Pool is great size though spa doesn't work.

立地がよいので選びました。クラークキーやフォートカニングに徒歩でアクセスでき、食事や散歩に最適です。ファシリティは、リフレッシュされていて清潔感があり、部屋は天井が高く、狭さを感じませんでした。ただ、壁が薄い。熟睡はできませんでした。あと、夜のプールが暗すぎて、だれも利用しません。朝食は高くて諦めました。欧米人の利用が多い気がします。日本人がいなくてよかった。

Room was nice, good water pressure on shower, bed and pillows comfortable. Closet is very very small. Very complete and delicious breakfast (surcharge... needs to be booked the day before otherwise they charge almost double). Restaurant hours did not suit my needs so never had the chance to eat there. No bar. Swimming pool very very nice. Hotel is expensive as all in Singapuere. 2 blocks away from MRT and bus stop so its easy to get to all locations. No need to spend money on taxis except airport.

This hotel is 10 min walk from the river and mall, approx. 7 min walk to a bus station and 5 min walk to one of the Big Bus stops. When we got there (before checking time) our room was ready. We were very happy as we flew from Thailand and we wanted to rest. Unfortunately, the workers painting some doors on floor 8th were working that day and the smell of the paint or thinner was very strong and was causing us to feel nauseated. We went down to the reception and the check in had started with lots of people gathering in the small reception area. We were told they will try their best and to comeback later but I was determined to get a safer room right then. The reception staff did not feel that patient but they made us wait and found us another room in another floor. I am glad because we stayed there for 4 days. We did not use the pool as we were busy exploring the city but it look great. We did not try the food. You need to decide on your breakfast at check in. We did not, and we were not able to be seated unless we waited long and the cost for breakfast goes up significantly if you don't preschedule or pre-pay. There is a coffee place just across the street inside of a small shopping center for a coffee and pastry if you don't need a big breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great overall. Clean and comfy pillows.

この辺りに初めて宿泊しました。お部屋はマリーナ側に面しており、とてもView が良かったです。年末のベイエリアの花火も部屋から楽しめました。川沿いに沢山のレストランもあり、便利でした。 唯一の難点はレセプションの数が少ないこと。2つしかない為、タイミングが悪いとすごく待たなければならないことです。

Service was incredible! The only issue was the A/C, it worked, but it would reset to 24 every few hours despite being put to 18. And they had no fans available. If I return to Singapore, I will consider staying here again, but I will bring my own fan.

Not worth the money
Breakfast selection was not much, juices are from concentrated and coffee was awful. The check in desk was extremely slow. Not much customer service and didn't explain breakfast and WiFi facilities until i asked. Before checking out, i phoned up in the room and wanted to book taxi in advance, but no one pick up the phone. I phoned again but no one answered. This hotel is either in need to service training or need more resources to be able to compete other hotels in Singapore. The toilet is leaking and water dripping all night that I couldn't sleep well.

Poor experience
My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. I encountered a few issues during my stay that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, I noticed that my pyjamas were missing after the room was cleaned by the housekeeping staff. Despite informing the reception, there was no follow-up or action taken to investigate the matter as promised. Secondly, I found that the refrigerator drink was not replenished, and the cups and spoons were not replaced after the room was cleaned. This lack of attention to detail by the housekeeping team was quite noticeable. Furthermore, the towels were not replaced, which was an inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, I experienced poor water supply in my room. The water was unstable and would become excessively hot after only a few minutes of use. Moreover, the water tap consistently emitted hot water, even when adjusted to the cold setting. When it came time to check out, I had to specifically request the cancellation of the credit card deposit. Surprisingly, the hotel claimed to have no record of the deposit in their system. Fortunately, they found the manual slip as proof of the deposit, which served as necessary support in resolving the matter. Considering these issues, my overall experience at the hotel was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend staying there again. I believe it is important for the hotel management to address these concerns and take appropriate measures to improve the quality of service provided to guests.

I booked 2 rooms because there was a connecting room, but I couldn't get assigned, and I had to pay an additional fee for an early check-in, and one room was delayed in cleaning, so I could check-in around 17:00. Citi View requested a room replacement because it was a room with a view of the building right in front of it, but communication between employees was not smooth, so I didn't receive timely feedback. I don't think it is suitable for family travel, considering that it is not assigned even though I specifically requested a connecting room by e-mail
