« The rental itself was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but overall it was okay. There was a pool advertised, which we never saw or could locate. It may the town community pool they were referring to, but it was demolished and still a mile or so from the actual property. It was close to the venue we were attending and we also found a couple hidden gems nearby for food, so we did enjoy our stay. »

« Booked the stay for friends bachelorette and genuinely had the best time. Everything was very clean and we made sure to make use of all the amenities at the house! Korin was very responsive with any questions that we had and super attentive to our needs. Would book again and highly recommend! »

« House was very clean and welcoming. The outside patio area is delightful. Loved the list of recommendations for restaurants & we enjoyed the board games. Parking is tight, only enough room for 1 car. Bed nor pull out were very comfy.There were 2 issues, I’m not sure either was fault of owner but does keep me from leaving 5 stars. I would leave 4.5 if I could. 1- I did not receive any check in info & finally reached out to owner about 3pm. We heard back about an hour later & explained the message...

« The kitchen was equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and cups. If you plan on cooking, just bring your own seasons and there is a curic coffee maker.But you need to bring your own coffee »

« Everything was perfect »

« Upon arrival the house had an overbearing smell of marijuana. We reached out to the property manager and they had the cleaning crew over within minutes, which was great. Unfortunetly their efforts did not get the stench out, I am not sure what could have been done honestly as the smell was in the bedding, carpet, and fabric chairs. This left us feeling really uncomfortable and it greatly affected our overall experience in a negative way. »
